hi, im interested to apply for this mpower amanah platinum card. went through this thread but got mixed info regarding the annual fee? the product disclosure doesnt mention anything about auto waiver, tariff and charges says waive with 12 swipes, and CS feedback here says another thing.

For me as a new Amanah card user, I was told that it is 1st year free annual free and subsequent will be 12 swipe per year with any amount. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Usually how long it takes to receive a call form HSBC after submitting application? im referring to lazada voucher promo. submitted application last wednesday but until now still no call.

my last experience with the same promo was within an hour.

oh. its been a week now. should i just resubmit it again? other choice that i have now is RM288 Cashback but im keen to Lazada voucher.

hi just received call from hsbc, but said cannot apply online because i cannot provide proof of my residential address which i am renting a room. asked me to go to branch instead. any comments?

I gave my hometown address and didn't accept initially but I told them that's my permanent address and I have no other address. They accepted eventually.

lol the thing is, my place of work and permanent address is very far apart. the fella ask me to go to the branch to apply, but wouldn't be eligible for promo d. nevertheless, shot them an email and see how.

btw, anybody has the direct email to their credit card application division?
