Hi guys, previously i apply my HSBC on Feb thru agent at Tesco and get the Balance Transfer at 0% interest. He said i entitled to get cashback for RM688 because my BT exceeded RM6888. My question is, how and when can i get the cashback. Is it reflect back in my CC account? Thank you.

My friend applied HSBC Amanah early Feb for the Cashback promo but got rejected. Last week he tried again for the Lazada voucher promo, and cs called him straight away after submit detail on website and told him he need to wait for 6 month before can apply new one after got rejected. Is it applicable to other banks as well?

Hi, if we use lazada voucher received from HSBC, can we use it with other method of payment (internet banking) or it only can be used with HSBC card? Im having a problem with credit card/debit card payment with lazada lately. Maybank, CIMB all cannot use. So im afraid later when use with hsbc card, still got problem and my voucher will void.

Usually how long it takes to receive a call form HSBC after submitting application? im referring to lazada voucher promo. submitted application last wednesday but until now still no call.

oh. its been a week now. should i just resubmit it again? other choice that i have now is RM288 Cashback but im keen to Lazada voucher.
