HSBC called me and said I am not eligible although I don't have the credit card under the promo they offer. Sadding.

I applied for the M-Power Platinum CC with the sign up RM1000 T&G gift via RP. I got missed call and I called back the number the next day and mentioned that I want the sign up gift. I gave them details via phone, but didn't submit any documents. At midnight I got rejection email (application unsuccessful).
Any idea why or what went wrong? Income between RM5000-RM6000; 1st CC Citibank, car loan 5y (~RM660 not even started yet as waiting for car); no mortgage

Got an sms indicating a trx of rm100 was declined. Previously I have temp blocked my cc via hsbc app, so it seems to work. Managed to get CS pretty fast, at first he said since trx declined no need to get replacement, but i insisted to get it changed since it was a Grabpay trx which i didnt initiate. Need to wait 5 working days for the replacement card.

For me, they don’t even call me till now.. maybe the so called guarantee gift have hit the quota. So, they just reject / tell u r not eligible.

I called in last Thursday requested to convert all airmiles to Enrich, point deducted from account last Friday but still not reflect in my Enrich account

i can never enter any number when calling hsbc customer service (eg press 1 for english, 2 for malay) they just wont detect the key that i press on my phone (pixel 6). anyone encounter similar problem? any workaround?

Just realise that the above could be triggered by auto topup of grabpay with expired HSBC cc.
