btw, not sure any active users of HSBC Visa Signature

i spent on the card in Jan/Feb cause makan-makan during CNY gathering. went to the gardens and pyramid and swipe twice... i didnt see the additional 4x bonus points for those swipe...

so... not all merchants in those malls will get the 5x points from HSBC VS? i know there's a list of merchant on HSBC website. i had my gathering in a restaurant in gardens, and the restaurant is in this list. no bonus points... so... is that normal? feel kena cheated from HSBC but also abit lazy to call in to complaint though. i have stopped using the card when i didnt see those bonus points. i just go back to using PBB quantum/VS.

need help here, never using online banking and now need to terminate card. i called cs but no one answer, try login using apps but keep on log me off. may i know how to cancel my card?

Call again or try to use the app chat to state you want to cancel card, leave your message there and ask them to take action instead of waiting for their cs to connect, they are very slow.

I applied my card under the Ringgitplus Tng RM600 campaign. However, I found out that I also received an acquisition promo cashback RM25.

Does it mean that my application did not register under the Ringgitplus campaign or HSBC grants the acquisition caashback regardless of application channel?

I think I joined similar campaign as you did as I also received the RM25 acquisition promotion. Thanks for your reminder, I checked & it has been >60 days past the RM1000 spent date so will ping them on FB to follow up.

I received the RM25 also. it does not mean you didnt get the ringgit plus campaign.

I got my ringgitplus reward (duitnow RM600, different from yours) 2months and 3 weeks after my application. my spending requirement was achieved within a month. but dont think that sped up the process.

they did drop me an email to request for my details before giving me my RM600 reward (the cash was bank-in 12 calendar days after that email). mine was duitnow, slightly different. hope this helps

Fill up a simple form (mobile no, ic and name). Then they will transfer the money to the duitnow account that is linked to mobile no. within 14 days

just would like to check normally how long does HBSC approves the credit card? The agent submitted in 5th April...Today i check is still pending. Not sure if
i have other cards would make the process longer.
