I'm running fsb 240x12.5 @3.0ghz vcore1.45v. Should i lower the multiplier to increase the fsb cause i can't get pass fsb 245. Now still prime for more than 6hours no error but too high temp 58'c+.

Errr.... I thought it is not advisable to set multipliers to half (I see yours at 12.5).

Download core temp ver 0.94. It has a parameter called TCaseMax. This temperature will give you a rough guide as to how high your proc can run at 100% stability and reliability.

Both 0.94 and 0.95 core temp can't read the tcasemax.

Oops! You're using the brisbane core? I've have come across a few people who have problems with temp reading in the brisbane core.

Unconfirmed but they say that the brisbane core may have a defective temperature sensor. That may be the reason why your core temp is so low!

Here's one link : http://www.alcpu.com/forums/viewtopic.php?...4506f3b16bde900

Try googling for brisbane temperature problems.....

Other things that you can try:
Reflash your BIOS to the newest update
Use other temp sensor programs
Use your mobo's temperature sensor

ya, s939 x2 still available at bulk section, regret to get my opty last time cause more expensive and sommore get the worst steppings, ccbwe 0551 vpmw... saw those x2 at bulk section can oc till 2.7ghz++, although its 512kb cache, i think its clockspeed tht matters in amd cpu, the cache should made real little diff... am i right?

so, i see that my vcore actually shoots up on load.
how do i make it to have lower margin of difference compared to idle?
cooling the pwm & mosfets only make it less fluctuate, but the difference is still there at load (1.46) & idle (1.42).
this is bcoz i can run lower vcore (1.42) at load, but from load to idle, the vcore will drop significantly making proc not receiving enough juice --> hang =__="
*my other rails are stable at rated value.

5-15% difference depending on the program especially F@H SMP Client.

That one is caused by your mobo and psu, voltage supplied fluctuates/overvoltage too much.

Just get my 3600+ Brisbane and Biostar TA690G with a pair of Mushkin DDR2-667 1GB. I want to OC, but even running at stock, my cpu-z shows

Core Speed: 1000 MHz
Multiplier: x 5.0
Bus Speed: 200 MHz
HT Link: 800 MHz ( I change it at BIOS)

How do I get 9.5 multiplier? I've been trying around, but none change it. And also I didn't find CnQ features too
