I currently using the pc as the spec at my signature, 1 weird problem is i can OC my cpu till 2.5Ghz without pumping up any voltage, but once i hit over 2.5 Ghz to 2.6Ghz, i can log on to windows without adding voltages but it freezes when running prime, after i pump up the voltages to 1.425, it stills same , freezes during prime stress test, could anyone give me some hint???

I run mine with 280mhz @ 2.7v rite now. Will try to increase the mhz till 300mhz and see how it goes.
Put a 80mm fan above it, that would do it.
Have u turned off the Cool 'n' Quite at the bios ?

i sold off my tccd d.. nw using infineon ce-5 1gb x2... running at ddr400 2-3-2-5.. quite nice, i oc my opteron using divider and low timings..

i got weird problem for my DFI NF4 SLI expert, i seems cant reach 300fsb... it seems maxed out at 275, i using divider for my ram also wont help... it just wont boot... last time using biostar no problem touching 300fsb, wat settings did it missed out? also lower the hypertransport multiplier also wont help with 300*3 = 900 only..

wat is this to means?? i mean wat ram suits wat ram? cause i really new to DFI bios, lol.... i cant use certain memory divider, tht's y i cant hit 300fsb... it juz wont when doing 300fsb using divider to run ddr 400... last time tforce can do it cause less memory timings,... unsure.gif unsure.gif

ya, s939 x2 still available at bulk section, regret to get my opty last time cause more expensive and sommore get the worst steppings, ccbwe 0551 vpmw... saw those x2 at bulk section can oc till 2.7ghz++, although its 512kb cache, i think its clockspeed tht matters in amd cpu, the cache should made real little diff... am i right?

try this...

FSB Bus = 250MHz
LDT/FSB = x1 (i used to use this multiplier tongue.gif)
Multiplier = x10
vCORE = 1.400 or 1.425 (don't leave it as "Auto")
*
LDT x1, improve stability? does it affects lotsa performance?

Hi All
I have a question (strange one)  blink.gif . I tried to OC the proc staring from 1.34v until 1.61V, most of the time the CPU temp just ideal at 47 degrees on smartguardian. Here is the tread

- 1.34V (temp at 44 degrees)
- 1.37V (temp at 47 degrees)
- 1.42V (temp at 47 degrees)
- 1.47v (temp at 47 degrees)
- 1.50V (temp at 47 degrees)
- 1.56v (temp at 47 degrees)
- 1.61v (temp at 47 degrees)

Using Smartguardian - most of the time temp will be around 46~ 47 degrees ideal, using Speed fan 4.33 will be 40 ~ 43 degrees ideal. rclxub.gif

I already confused  rclxub.gif which one is the correct temp for my proc?  I scared I might burn my proc cause my Vcore already at 1.64V.

Any comment from the expert or sifu?[attachmentid=360025]

use core temp for ur proc sake... ohmy.gif
