Mine private studio unit got rent around rm 1500.

i heard that now all agent play low ball rent to tennant. aiyaak..

as owner, i did tell my tenant that only one car park provided. not 3. or 4 or 5 even 10. so tenant should know. 50 ringgit per month is too low. we are not government where can subsidy parking to tenant. anywayl, we will your feedback to JMB.

Anyway.. you live in best property developer (mah sing). definitely you will not expecting cheap rent right ?? smile.gif ( my personal opinion)

the palace unit quite nice i mean in term of their duplex if im not mistaken. after all. my unit in garden plaza rent to working adult. so okla.. just agent kacau the price.

i hope retail shop boost in Garden Plaza.. good brand coming.

but once skypark completed, im not sure how it will impact to Garden Plaza.

i find my self. decorate your house. Eg kettle, etc.. tell agent nicely( ya la..sometime we need them also) when they call you, you only interested to rent in certain price. i put advertisement and monitor it regularly. lowyat forum so far not helping much. you should have known, there is some of the greedy or desperate owner want to play low ball (same reason - too many studio in CBJ)together with agent and undercut your rent.. Just stick with your price. maybe you can transform 2 room with hall,therefore you can put TV and etc
