Hi guys, Yesterday I received the TNB Bill and found out that TNB using commercial rate charges to bill. Anyone here got same problem?

As I know, Mah Sing got stated that they will change the Commercial Tarffic to Domestic Tarffic and I remember I got fill up the form and sent by pos laju.

u r doomed if u refer to bus as public transport.
ur best shot is Uberor Grabcar, about 30 mins to reach kl sentral.

I cant figure out what to do with my unit. Confused to either move in (student suite 3r2b 450sqft config not really suitable for family stay unless I renovate) or to rent out or last resort to let it go. The place is really nice especially when they are building the recreation park next door. I really like the place. What u guys do with your unit?

When u made the decision to buy this unit, din u plan to rent it? it's cater to students after all

unless u get studio unit la, heard it's quite in demand now.
