Just read through the SPA again today, the compensation on LAD will b based on 10% of SPA date, daily rest interest plus the late delivery of common facilities , 10% on the last 20% SPA price..
If ms follows SPA.. Means we will be getting LAD for both? Correct me if I'm wrong... Thank you

No worries bro, the construction has already started, they have completed the U-turn and made the road to the slip road wider. It's only a matter of time till the completion, which I think it won't be long. |
