I just receive the electrical tariff conversion letter today. it mention to send it not later then 15 June. Will they still accept it if I send it now.

And Hasil stamp, should be provide it or now. the instructions is slightly confusing to me.
*
They sent the letters by batch, so it's no surprise that some owners receive it late. It's alright just send it back to them ASAP. You don't need to do anything about the Hasil stamp, they will do it for you and charge u in ur latest bill upon VP. wink.gif

Hi all,

I just called up MS this morning, the marketing lady said total 76 units are affected for the reallocating parking lot, mine one was due to being selected as OKU.. And then ask me to select another tower's car park! Omg! Finally discussion was gave me the same tower car park lot, just a bit far away to the service lift..

Another issue is that, she said VP will be by end of this month, and a cheque on compensation delay (LAD) will be given together with the key as well, but upfront they will not tell purchasers as to how much they are paying back to us, but the computation will be as per SPA.
*
The LAD calculation will be based on price before or after discount?

I think it will base on the S&P price

usually is based on S&P price unless there is additonal B&W agreement between developer and owner

Suppose to based on S&P price, else it will be like the case of MCT's The Place, their LAD based on discounted price has caused an uproar from owners.

However, we do encounter another problem in which our construction period has extended another 6 months from original 36 months in S&P. Now become 42 months, not sure which is worse, claim based on discounted price, or claim 6 month less from S&P price. doh.gif

Currently seeking help from MoH.

VP is supposed to be sometime early in July according to the Mah Sing rep I spoke to a few days ago...however, I still haven't submitted my deposit for the TNB metre.

Also haven't received a letter regarding the parking so I'm just wondering how Mah Sing is re-allocating the parking spaces...are those owners affected from a certain floor? That's terrible that they went back on their word since the parking lot (I thought) was already fixed?

A1 450 sqft = private suite, rm500
A2 450 sqft = student or smart suite, rm770

I have paid mine already to avoid hassle of not getting meter after VP.

Hey guys, went to check on GP today, quite completed feeling. Wanna check with any Oxford buyers here, I realized only this particular block do not have Aircond compressor installed, and as I recalled, the MS sales person told me they will only free 2 units Aircond to my unit 450sqf private, but not included installation service, buyer will need to install themselves, any opinion, why other block have, not Oxford don't have?????

Attention to all owners, the lights are up! As per conversation with Ms. Soo Lee this morning by one of the owners, VP probably will be ready by mid of July. To those who have not paid the TNB deposit yet, please pay to the following account as soon as possible to avoid delay of VP.
Acc No: 5143 6540 3817 (Maybank)
Acc Name: MYVILLA DEVELOPMENT
Email: cadmtt@mahsing.com.my
Thanks!

Hi Guys,

I'm new here.

I'm the owner for one unit at Tower 2 - Oxford for Type B1 SOHO (700 sq. ft.).

My TNB deposit based on letter from Mah Sing (in March 2015) was RM1,800.00.

Is there any revision for this deposit rate for the same unit ???

Any owner who has similar unit kindly reply.

Thank you.

Hi, did you receive the latest letter on revision of deposit?

From what we know so far:

A1 = RM500.00
A2 = RM770.00
B2 = RM1030.00
Family Suite=RM1290.00

There should be revision for your unit as well, please call 03 9221 6888 and ask for Ms. Soo Lee to confirm.
