Looks good but I just noticed that the upper Oxford units still don't have their lights installed, including mine! I've already submitted payment earlier this month, hopefully they'll install the lights soon.

I'm excited at the progress! Can't wait to inspect the building and its surroundings soon.

Yes fully furnished, u just need to get TV, curtains, and bed sheets.

Mine is included, stated in SnP, perhaps we bought in different period, package may varies also. What's ur package like? U still keep all the brochures?

I was told that the unit is fully furnished. Only need to buy bed. The brochure also stated that it is fully furnished. But my snp don't have these information. I thought the package is applied to all units. I'm not sure whether mine is empty unit or not now. Do you guys have any idea how to check it?

Initially my SnP did not state the freebies, I requested them to include it into my SnP.

But I think all units should have the same furniture, if you still concern you should clarify with Mahsing.

Thanks for your advices. Actually I did check with mahsing but one of the officers told me she has no idea what package we have and asked me to check from snp.
I think I will ask the lawyer to add in those freebies into snp tomorrow. Thanks again for your input.

I'm pretty sure this has been discussed before but can't find the email thread on my gmail and can't remember the details.

Does the LAD apply to all units including those purchased in the later stages? Since I signed the S&P on January 2014, wasn't sure if the compensation applied to me.

Yup, just checked with Mah Sing. They're installing the meter for my unit soon.

The LAD will start 42 months after the date of SNP. So late buyers like u n me most probably won't get compensated.

Anyone knows the exact date for vp ? Thanks. Called mah sing, they said should be this month ... But still no updates from them ..

From their email to me, I'd say we'll probably get VP in late August. Or who knows, maybe they'll push it back to early September.
