Hi Guys,
I'm new here. I'm the owner for one unit at Tower 2 - Oxford for Type B1 SOHO (700 sq. ft.). My TNB deposit based on letter from Mah Sing (in March 2015) was RM1,800.00. Hi All,
I'm not sure whether this Question has been asked or discussed before. I'm wondering about getting the Strata Title together with the VP. I just watched TV commercial from www.jkptg.gov.my, saying that the Owner of a newly developed Condominium can request Strata Title together with Vacant Possession from the Developer effectively June 2015. If anyone has any idea about this, please share. It's good to have Strata Title as early as possible. Regards. |
