5-6 units sold in the lelong market already. But all is student suite layout and surprisingly all from Harvard Tower also. I wander why. Got 2 units under the same owner as well.

If got proper studio type unit then is worth 200k. Come fully furnish. I believe easier to rent out those type compare to renting out per room for the 3 students suite bedroom type.

Yes Harvard last phase so the price is higher, probably owner want to cut loss since the price already down from initial purchase price.

Hi Owner , how is the average electric bills per unit of garden plaza ? Why my house always get high bills usage (1127 kwh) cost me RM 570 , i am seldom use electric .

Owner need to convert the rate from commerciak rate to residential rate. Pls go TNB putrajaya for this conversation. Pls call tnb putrajaya for info first.

Many owners already converted the TNB rate.

Still got or not? Interested in this part of cyber recently..Harvard Oxford tower really can't get this price.

Unit sold already.
And it doesnt matter which tower. Just that demand for normal proper studio unit is better than those 3 bedrooms students suite. Both same size 450sqft. And those masuk lelong one all student suite type.

You must compare the permanat layout, they told me student suite layout better then single suite. All the partitions can remove and convert it into single suite, and got 2 toilet for student suite, what do you think?
