GP srudent suit layout is conducive for studenr. Chair, table, cabinet, overhang book shelves, power sockets all made available for each room. With 2 toilets and kicthen w fridge , MWO and electrokux front koad washer

Mrt benefits will likely to come thru 1.5yrs after operation (base on uk report). So need to hold for 7 yrs roughly (if bought today) How many 7 active years one has as prop investor?

With most owners agree to only rent to locals, can see that GP now has more locals than foreigners. The management and JMB of GP are trying their the best to maintain the property so that residents feel safe living here. The rest is really up to the market to decide, studio supply really is more than demand in Cyberjaya.
