Yours better than me, after renew the lease early this year, mine one slightly increase to RM1500...RM450 each room plus RM150 carpark at low floor

Yes, 450sqft 3 bedrooms, 1 CP. All units come fully furnish from the developer.
RM1500 is a very good rental yield.

Lately the management has implemented lift restriction access, as decided in the AGM. Hopefully this will increase the security of the place and attract more serious tenants here.

your access card can only go to your specific floor? or got other extra added security measure?
