nope not true at all, any investor would need to rent out units to ensure positive cashflow. most of the investors in cyber studios are NOT RICH, hence they are attracted by the small price tags of these studios..

rich people would not leave their props in cyber empty.. they might leave their KLCC props empty as it's their trophy asset but not cyber smile.gif
