nope not true at all, any investor would need to rent out units to ensure positive cashflow. most of the investors in cyber studios are NOT RICH, hence they are attracted by the small price tags of these studios..

rich people would not leave their props in cyber empty.. they might leave their KLCC props empty as it's their trophy asset but not cyber smile.gif

GP is under commercial title, so the rate will be higher. However, like some of the SOHO or service appartment, the title can be change if all of the residents request for it. Not quite sure the procedure though.

Anyone owner here going to stay in GP once VP and go to work at PJ area? I tried yesterday, from GP to PJ by MEX highway is appx 40km !!! From GP until Putrajaya MEX toll already 10km !!! Which we can actually see GP from the dam toll... Arggg how to stay in GP if I'm working in PJ town ... Help !!!

what? GP to Toll edi 10km? is it that far?

wow... checked on google map, its really 10km++ to mex toll...

actually it is the same if u travel from Bandar Utama to KL and Puchong to PJ cox the traffics right from the very own garden already stucked. not to mentioned at the highway.

Cyberia comes with full furnished??

GP is FF. Student just need to carry own stuff and computers. In fact, students will prefer GP layout as it suit them very much. No need to bother about other stuffs.

450sf is already very small... and then you make it 3 rooms... i dont think its good... and student most of the time at home.. i will feel very boring if full time sitting in the small room...

students usually like to make gathering also... and dont think GP layout suits them... its like jail... no living hall, even dining table barely make it...

it got everything ready and a student will love this setting. They could hang out the below. Seriously cyberia is very old and outdated.

yeah... if 200-300/room might still consider, for budget wise... if 500/room... i will say no way... furniture isnt difficult thing for student... they just need a bed, study/computer table, and a simple wardrobe.. coz they're not stay there permanently.. they only use it for 3-4 yrs...

cyberia old doesnt matter, as long as livable.. and not bad environment.. plus easier to shop for groceries there...

GP only aiming student market i think.. or you're aiming for different kind of market? please share if u do...
