yeah that's what I heard too... now only launched 2 blocks and selling quite slowly cz high entry price at 600k if not mistaken 

Talam failed because of they can't manage their financial problems and caused delays on many of their housing projects. If the developer can handle their manangement properly, I don't think building too many appartments is a problem as long as they can sell it.

don't know why most banker i meet also don't like MS.

800 per room is over-optimistic, I guess 400-500 is reasonable.

This student suite si beh geng... 450sf can make 3 rooms, so if 1 room can rent for 300 u can collect 900 for 3 rooms.. So it's consider RM2/sf rental, very good edi.. If expecting 800/room which 3 rooms give u 2400? Dun dream man... If 800 I rather go rent soho... More spacious and more privacy

yes!! its true.... 3 bedrooms with 450sf........ !! no joke....

3 bed rooms in 450sf might sound absurd, but it's catered for student rental only. So if you compared it with hostel which have 3 students or more sharing a room and toilets which is shared by all the students at the same floor, this is much better with privacy.

Guys, do you think its ok to remove the third room which is nearest to the entrance together with the toilet to make as living room?

u can request from the guys who make wardrobe to custom make whatever bed you like.. and its much cheaper and more tough than you buy at ikea...

but custom make will last forever, unless u feel boring and wanted to change bed often...

But seriously 1 unit only 1 toilet, not practical ler.. GP student suite got 2 toilets..

my friend make the bed for me.. exactly like the 1 above on ikea.. but the drawer is infront not at side.. my friend kira me rm1800 for king size... very strong and very tough... queen size bed in smaller room he charge me rm1200 only.. very good friend lar... thats why i custom make all furniture from him...

my parents house bed, wardrobe and cabinet all make by the same guys.. and its 20 years already.. and still like new....
