Gp access to mex is indeed far. I really hope MPS could make a shortcut access to mex toll near university islam malaysia.

I don't think they will so this lor... I heard they are building extension for MEX, so people from Sri Kembangan can cut into MEX directly, meanin making it more jam.. Anyhow, do you know recently LDP make extra lane during morning for people travel from Putrajaya to Kelana Jaya / Federal highway? Do u think this will help people like me if I'm working in PJ town?

Definitely. But then I don't travel using LDP often, the last I travel during working hours, I could reach Sunway from Cbj in less than 1 hour la..

That I'm not sure but I'm sure it will be jam when you're getting to the highway through the roundabout where the flyover collapsed near science park 2. Until now they still don't want to fix that flyover! mad.gif

i tried using elite highway from cbj to kota damansara at 7am on sept last year for a week... it just took 30-40 min to arrived.

the collapse bridge might start the construction work around 1H or 3Q next year.. and might took a year to complete... so i'm expecting it to be ready by 1Q 2017.

I don't think this is a good idea, Im currently staying in USJ. If during normal morning peak hour, It will take me 40-50mins via NPE to Pj old town (15-16km only) no no no

LDP also no no no ...
Left MEX 40km .... Oh how am I suppose to live like that man... I realize if we go to Cyberjaya town from GP? The highway bridge on top of us after we pass LKW Uni. That's is MEX !!! Wth, why we have to drive 10km to reach the dam toll, cyberjaya township planning fail for the road lor =_=

i think its only failed at GR area... no problem accessing MEX if the projects nearby MMU and even MBL also no prob... only GR need to make a big U turn to access MEX... the rest of the project is just direct to MEX

i think SEG are the best access to MEX in cbj.. when the bridge near to persiaran putrajaya complete...

Why do you think it's called KL-Putrajaya expressway? doh.gif MMU which is on the other end of Cyberjaya is around 9KM from Putrajaya Toll regardless of route. Not much difference. Current nearest to Putrajaya toll is Cyber Heights Villa area (~6km). Did you really buy Cyberjaya just with only MEX in consideration to go to KL/PJ ?

Personally I use both LDP and ELITE to go to PJ. Distance wise it's around the same. Just that the TOLL rate is different (RM1.60/3.20 vs RM5 onwards). If not rushing or if mood is good, then slowly stroll along LDP. Else it's ELITE.

p/s:- pls try not to speculate the distance from X to Y based on Maps ... take a drive during high/low hours to get the feel. wink.gif

Very Jialat indeed! That's almost 12km just to reach the MEX toll from GP!

As population of Cbj grows, they should really build a flyover to shorten the distance to the highway from Cbj to benefit Cyberians. Best location will be the one in red circle, road is already there but one way doh.gif !

Gu Wak Zai, you are right! That's the missing road to go up to MEX in your red circle. MS and MCT didn't do anything to increase their property selling point this area. They should have propose to government to build extra link to connect at the red circle! Is there anything we can do?

(1) LDP is the nearest to GP. If go to PJ via LDP, maybe only 35 mins if no jam. with the recent implementation of LDP to Kelana Jaya, I'm not sure does it help a lot. If anyone here try before please share with us the condition
(2) As for Elite via PJ, we will exit at USJ? Then all the way to Summit ? Any other alternative? It will be 20 mins plus 30 mins if no jam for both area. (probably is the longest route)
(3) Meaning MeX will be better because less jam. Probably only at the Bukit Jalil Interchange & Kuchai lama interchange, then NPE, U turn and enter Jalan Gasing / Templer, this will be about 40 mins if no jam.
For the 3 highway, I think still MEX is the best option if given high traffic condition
Please comment? Who is now staying in Cyberjaya and working at PJ ? I think no one right? I could be the very first one T.T or anyone planning to move into GP and work at PJ in future ?? Please share all your precious comment ... Many thanks

if you look at the map, only GR are facing this kind of difficulties... so i think owner shld highlight this to MS... and those at N-East cbj will find longer route to MEX...

Well for now not just GR, everyone from Cbj needs to go a long way to get the MEX toll, even from MMU is around 9km as stated by jubz. I always travel from MMU to MEX and it's really a long way.. Do u know what do we do to highlight this matter to MS? Get every owner to send a letter to MS?

Maybe we can try to unite all owners in GR to get together to highlight this matter?

for the moment yes, most part of the cbj are traveling long route, but at least here is something constructing at SEG to lingkaran putrajaya, once its complete, it will cut the route much shorter, which will benefits most of the part around MMU area..
