From the management, the current occupancy rate is at 70~80%.

Surely there will be foreign tenants here, but there are many any local tenants as well, hope this will maintain. Been staying here since VP, happy with the current demographic.

Good to hear sir. Now GP need little boost on retail. Hope somebody here give feedback to mah sing marketing team that we need brand retail to be opened in gp. No more middle east shop. Anyway, did we have big signboard nearby traffic light. Last time outside gp environment such grass also seems tall and high. Need a bit gardening job.

JMB already feedback to Mahsing on preferred retail brand.

For matters outside GP, please do not hesitate to send in a complaint to MPSepang: http://aduan.mpsepang.gov.my/login_jabatan.php

You can register an account here: http://ekl.mpsepang.gov.my/sso/

I have submitted complaints a few times and they are quite efficient in addressing it.

Mine RM165 + 10% sinking fund, it's reasonable if u compare to other condo, example OSK pangea.

Please check whether u have other unpaid bills that is added up to ur bill.

It is now being calculated based on per share unit, new amended law.

450sft unit with a car park will be 42ms + 12ms = 54ms.

JMB has been trying to keep the rate at RM3 per ms, which is consistent with the outcome of the first general meeting.

Hi all,

I'm thinking of buying one studio here. Is it possible to install hob/hood cooker in this unit? Single hob is sufficient

yes it's possible with filtered hood because not possible to install duct hose.

Portable induction cooker is fine, been using it for more than a year.

Hello,
Anyone here with experience converting TNB tariff ??

I've been a tenant in Garden Plaza for almost a year now. But my landlord has not converted the TNB tariff over from "Commercial" to "Residential".

I've messaged him and he is willing to do so, so i need advice on what is required to be done.

TQ TQ

------------edit
