I just received the bill of service charge, I find it very expensive, RM201 for 450sqft, izit because of parking being charged also? Can we do anything about it?

Please check whether u have other unpaid bills that is added up to ur bill. It is now being calculated based on per share unit, new amended law. 450sft unit with a car park will be 42ms + 12ms = 54ms. JMB has been trying to keep the rate at RM3 per ms, which is consistent with the outcome of the first general meeting. |

Hello,
Anyone here with experience converting TNB tariff ?? I've been a tenant in Garden Plaza for almost a year now. But my landlord has not converted the TNB tariff over from "Commercial" to "Residential". I've messaged him and he is willing to do so, so i need advice on what is required to be done.
