ordered from her many times already, she has been very responsive and honest, so far no issues.

for this kind of situation try to figure out where is the root cause :
1. If it is because china seller did not send out the items, then agent need to follow up and try to resolve the issue with the seller
2. if it is due to custom took it, i guess this has to come to an agreement & T&C between agent and buyer in case such issues happen, how should this be settled

How is this scamming or cheating if she has been responding to you? What i see here is she has been responding and following up with you, but you don't seem to be cooperating? I know not getting the item might feel upset, but in this case is taobao forwarding case, not directly selling item to you also.

I dealt with Qing Yi countless times. Tried her air and sea shipping services. So far all go through smoothly and no issues. She is a responsive, credible and understanding agent. Really like and satisfied with her services. Definitely will continue deal with her. 👍👍

Cannot even use the weighing machine at pos malaysia? Its free to use for everyone. Hell i would even drive to hypermarket to weight it if pos is not open. laugh.gif

After reading TS post and Qingyi's post. Seems like TS is the 1 not cooperating. Qingyi dy said as a taobao agent, she will deal with the China seller. She even contacted them and the China seller requested her to take picture of the weight and the item. As a seller, the China seller have all the right to request for pictures that will help in solving dispute case, such as this case.

What I'm seeing is Qingyi is willing to help, but TS is not willing to cooperate. And TS now saying Qingyi is scammer?

How about try to cooperate first? How hard is it to find a weighing machine? Ask ur neighbors or frens lo. Qingyi also willing to help u with the claim from the China seller dy, u also try to cooperate pls. It takes 2 to tango. If u give cooperation and Qingyi willing to help, ur case can be solved faster.

To show my co-operation & other advices from other forumers, I took all effort, driving out (petrol, parking, toll) to get the parcels weight. So, I sent her the photo thru whatsapp just now. What actually made frustrated earlier was she said the lost nothing to do wif her. Until I made a complaint here, she is another person as before & becoming responding to this isue.

Ok, now I just wait & see. Will update u guys, if my lost item is recovered.

Iinm, taobao agents do not get their hands on those stuff that their customers purchase. They juz act as middleman for buyer and seller in taobao. Items are collected in China, then all mailed to Malaysia. When it arrives in Msia airport, there will be ppl sorting it out and send to post office based on the address that u gave to the taobao agent.

Well, at least this is what I understand for my gf's fren who is also a taobao agent.

If the China seller is indeed a scammer and gave u 1 unit less, rmb to post which seller it is from taobao to prevent ppl from buying from the seller. nod.gif

From what we see here, buyer just push all responsilities to the agent and give all excuses of not having a weighing machine. you can always go post office and ask them to weight for you, saying you want to send this item but need to know the weight before packing it or borrow weight scale from anyone who make cake.. agent cannot do anything if you dont want to help yourself instead push everything to the agent

Anyway, let's hope that this matter can be solved peacefully..

Weighing machine or not, seller is not even obliged to make a refund. Its written clearly in the terms and conditions section. If any, the agent only needs to assist you in the claiming of any compensations from the Taobao seller.

You should understand the risk of buying from Taobao before proceeding with your purchase; Not blaming others and accusing agent of scamming due to your own negligence.

Since you are following the case, i amend my title accordingly. If there's no follow up or whatsoever after my weighted photo to you, i will pursue accordingly. Meanwhile i will also check with kangaroo as well. If they received the item in damaged and stolen, they should reject the item and not post to me. I have received all parcels from china and never i encountered this problem. Only when i got your service first time because certain items, tmall will not directly send to me. They only send to a china address and need a forwarder to send it to me later. The reason why i said you should take accountability is due to you told me you have a warehouse in china who receive all items from tmall. Now, if your warehouse first detected the parcel was damaged and stolen, then your warehouse is obliged to reject to the shipper or seller, not just accepted it and send to malaysia at first place.

At the end, if you tell me is due to custom problem and no way to compensate me...well at least, at my end i discharge all my duties to warn everyone the risk and unfortunate incident which happened to me now when dealing with you...... doh.gif

Others, pls take my case for example...if it can happen to me, it will also happened to you...those who said i dealt many times with Qingyi and never had issue...yes, you are just being lucky until you encounter my problem like now... sad.gif

First of all, thanks for your cooperation. Definitely I am following up for your case since you called me that night at 9pm+.

Secondly, I am using a warehouse in China, not owning it. I never told you before I own a warehouse in China.
Warehouse received your parcel in good condition (without outer packaging damage, please understand this), packed and shipped. Please do not conclude yourself without proof.

This is not rational for accusing me if in the end the worst case custom taking it, nobody want this to be happened.
We state clearly the risk, terms & conditions for purchasing service through taobao, there is no 100% guarantee. Please look for other taobao agent who can provide 100% guarantee to you.

Thanks for your pre-alert to others/customers dealing with me, dont worry!
If any unforeseen incidents happen, I will definitely do all my best to assist, and I believe they will give their full cooperation, for sure I will be a responsive and helpful agent to solve their problem.

Bro.. She is just a agent.. she dont own a warehouse.. The warehouse id China people own 1.. Taobao dispatch all the item from the TaoBao Warehouse = Alibaba Warehouse..

You dont understand how Taobao agent work then i recommend you try order yourself in Taobao and u will understand.

She nor anyone related to her touched your item. She just pay and forward the item back to your hands..

and WaCKy-Angel is right.. The item box has been tempered why accept? I rejected many tempered box although its sent by trusted seller.

And TS.. Now you feel how chin_kh and Crozac feels.. Cheated.. You got many dispute thread people complain about you now u know how they feel.. laugh.gif
