Now, if your warehouse first detected the parcel was damaged and stolen, then your warehouse is obliged to reject to the shipper or seller, not just accepted it and send to malaysia at first place.At the end, if you tell me is due to custom problem and no way to compensate me...well at least, at my end i discharge all my duties to warn everyone the risk and unfortunate incident which happened to me now when dealing with you......
Others, pls take my case for example...if it can happen to me, it will also happened to you...those who said i dealt many times with Qingyi and never had issue...yes, you are just being lucky until you encounter my problem like now...

Secondly, I am using a warehouse in China, not owning it. I never told you before I own a warehouse in China.
Warehouse received your parcel in good condition (without outer packaging damage, please understand this), packed and shipped. Please do not conclude yourself without proof.
