They only send to a china address and need a forwarder to send it to me later. The reason why i said you should take accountability is due to you told me you have a warehouse in china who receive all items from tmall. Now, if your warehouse first detected the parcel was damaged and stolen, then your warehouse is obliged to reject to the shipper or seller, not just accepted it and send to malaysia at first place.

Firstly, i was not at home when the parcel was delivered to me. When i got hand to it. Outside was sealed with a proper parcel bag. The damaged only seen after i opened the parcel. I have been buying item from taobao and all items i received on first hand are all with nice and sealed parcel bag. That same goes to the parcel i received. I never had this kind of situation which damaged in inside until i ordered thru Qingyi...Get your fact right.
