Agree with you. I assume he is an experienced seller since he selling so many things online. WHy would he accept tempered package anyway?
Yeah,quite a number of disputes against him already. Selling products with mark up prices to nearly double the rrp? come on,cant even invest in a weighing machine? doh.gif

It is so sad that this is happened on you, and yes, you have the right and power to make complaint in here but if only Agent QingYi not willing to follow up your case but she's giving you a hand even have the rules, terms and condition that have been mentioned before. Besides, is also the same even happened in others agents too.

Very understanding your situation now but this is the procedure and steps to track back the missing items, Agent QingYi is the right person who can go through every part to check back and settle for you cause she's our purchasing support. Please trust her without doubt, so your case can be settle smoothly without wasting more time.

Trust me, Agent QingYi is such a good agent cause through her services and willing to reply, I think everyone agree. Sometimes, good doesn't mean, buying without any problems most of the time, what we care is when facing problems, the agent willing to help or not, Agent QingYi is the one who able to help. That's the most important!

It should be an error on the Seller, cause sometimes they miss count or make mistakes on packing and they separate into few counters too, like online seller chatting one counter, stock arrangement one counter, packing one counter......so it could happen on them. rclxub.gif

All the timbang, take photo i did it in abx warehouse and i leave my item there as few item missing. As for my case, the weight of my parcel is not tailing with the one in system means some of my item was stolen during custom check. KPDNKK did a good job follow up with me every 2 days and ended up need check with custom , due to this related to gov agency i rather just accept my parcel and haramkan what was stolen from me. not a happy ending though smile.gif


2nd case:

ABX deliver parcel to me, looks suspicious cuz the weight of the parcel is light , the delivery guy suggest me to open the parcel in front of him and turn out that the warehouse in china put wrong stuff in my main parcel, some of the item is correct (in diff small parcel). Funny thing is the wrong item is necklace,earring,woman sexy wear (bikin malu me only)..i contact the agent and all solve smoothly after i sent the wrong item to her and got my refund for the missing item ( bag ,t-shirt)..

Firstly, i was not at home when the parcel was delivered to me. When i got hand to it. Outside was sealed with a proper parcel bag. The damaged only seen after i opened the parcel. I have been buying item from taobao and all items i received on first hand are all with nice and sealed parcel bag. That same goes to the parcel i received. I never had this kind of situation which damaged in inside until i ordered thru Qingyi...Get your fact right.

Thanks for your constructive reply and assisting on resolving the issues here. I will surely give her my co-operation as i already given the weighted photo. Most importantly, i just want to recover my lost item whereas i have no issues ordering it myself. But only first time with Qingyi, this order gave me my 1st time problem...and i would like to make myself clear, thus far i have made hundreds of orders myself via china but none of it damaged or stolen even i just accepted the parcel with nice seal outside without checking inside it.... sweat.gif

Hope she can update and resolve the issue asap...Then i will update you guys... nod.gif

My point is, dun keep ask QingYi to compensate you as its not her fault at the first place, she is the middle person and from the way you post last few pages macam wan accuse she con you. Talk to her properly bro, see your whatsapp with her u are asking her to replace a miband for u. So dun pusing pusing and just assist her to help you. rclxub.gif

If u wanna buy item from oversea u have to bear the risk of losing one or two items.

I'm personally dealing with the custom agency, i know how the thing goes around here

Never deal with Qingyi before, but based on the post #3 and #4, agent already help and did what he can do and explain very details. Thumbs up!

tabao always have risks of fake item, item lost, item kena opened, damaged or even worst lost in transit.
We cannot fully blame the agent, as a buyer we also have to ready to take risk especially item from China.

I have item bought from ebay, shipped from China but never reach me forever. Sad.

Just my 2 cents

1) you knew how the agent thing work? The good is being bought at china and sent directly to you or sent to Qingyi and resent again to you?

2) now you suspicion is Qingyi order less for you or the item is missing(taken by custom and other possible situation) the SS show you asking QingYi to pay. whistling.gif

3) given the weighted photo and what you expect next? solve in 30 mins? you expecting Qingyi to compensate or you waiting for China side?

4) your 1st time dealing with Qingyi then this order gave you your 1st time problem? Then how about the link that we saw the dispute corner under our name? that one consider problem free? doh.gif

5) you made hundred of order but none of it is damage or stolen. Sorry for my rudeness, you buy toto for few thousand times also wont kena once lo. Havent happen to you doesnt mean it wont. vice versa rclxm9.gif

6) hoping this issue can be resolve asap. thats what everyone hoping for.

I dealt with Qing Yi around 5 times already. So far all go through smoothly and no issues. She is a responsive, credible and understanding agent. Really like and satisfied with her services.

1st time bought from her, even though never dealt with QingYi before, i just have faith from her customer feedback

You are right, maybe we just being lucky as for now. Thanks btw for reminder, But i'm definitely will continue deal with Qing Yi. I still have faith with her. Just hope this thread will not ruin her reputation and credibility.
