Item being sold/bought: miband 2pcs

Date of transaction: 28/9/14, received from dpe express ob 30/10/14

Details of the complaint : when i opened the parcel, one miband was missing. Called qingyi, she doesnt want to accountable for it. I her higher renmenbi currency rate of 1.75 instead of usual 1.9. I also paid rm30 extra for sensitive items according to her. At the end, item sent to me was just 1 pc instead of 2pcs. I clarified with her whether she will replace the missing miband to me, she said no.

You asked me to weigh the parcel with missing item in photo. I told you clearly I don't have the machines unless I buy one. Then u said without the photo of it, u cannot do anything. You kept on saying u will not give me a replacement for it whereas I paid you the money. I don't know what person you are for not having accountability on this issue???

I paid the money directly to you, regardless how you source the item or how's your modus operandi, you need to bear the cost & responsibility & not just wash hand by saying u r just an agent. Pls note I paid the money to you & not somebody else....

To show my co-operation & other advices from other forumers, I took all effort, driving out (petrol, parking, toll) to get the parcels weight. So, I sent her the photo thru whatsapp just now. What actually made frustrated earlier was she said the lost nothing to do wif her. Until I made a complaint here, she is another person as before & becoming responding to this isue.

Ok, now I just wait & see. Will update u guys, if my lost item is recovered.

Since you are following the case, i amend my title accordingly. If there's no follow up or whatsoever after my weighted photo to you, i will pursue accordingly. Meanwhile i will also check with kangaroo as well. If they received the item in damaged and stolen, they should reject the item and not post to me. I have received all parcels from china and never i encountered this problem. Only when i got your service first time because certain items, tmall will not directly send to me. They only send to a china address and need a forwarder to send it to me later. The reason why i said you should take accountability is due to you told me you have a warehouse in china who receive all items from tmall. Now, if your warehouse first detected the parcel was damaged and stolen, then your warehouse is obliged to reject to the shipper or seller, not just accepted it and send to malaysia at first place.

At the end, if you tell me is due to custom problem and no way to compensate me...well at least, at my end i discharge all my duties to warn everyone the risk and unfortunate incident which happened to me now when dealing with you...... doh.gif

Others, pls take my case for example...if it can happen to me, it will also happened to you...those who said i dealt many times with Qingyi and never had issue...yes, you are just being lucky until you encounter my problem like now... sad.gif

Firstly, i was not at home when the parcel was delivered to me. When i got hand to it. Outside was sealed with a proper parcel bag. The damaged only seen after i opened the parcel. I have been buying item from taobao and all items i received on first hand are all with nice and sealed parcel bag. That same goes to the parcel i received. I never had this kind of situation which damaged in inside until i ordered thru Qingyi...Get your fact right.

Bro, i know what you are trying to do here...well if you feel happy after putting your last sentence there...go ahead. You are not contributing at all on resolving the issue here nevertheless... whistling.gif

Thanks for your constructive reply and assisting on resolving the issues here. I will surely give her my co-operation as i already given the weighted photo. Most importantly, i just want to recover my lost item whereas i have no issues ordering it myself. But only first time with Qingyi, this order gave me my 1st time problem...and i would like to make myself clear, thus far i have made hundreds of orders myself via china but none of it damaged or stolen even i just accepted the parcel with nice seal outside without checking inside it.... sweat.gif

Hope she can update and resolve the issue asap...Then i will update you guys... nod.gif
