Hi,

Please allow me to explain clearly.

1. I am a taobao agent, and not selling items. The service I provide is helping you to order from China seller, and China seller will send the items to China warehouse. Then China warehouse will send the item directly to the buyer without going through me.

2. Received payment from suntzulee on 28/9/2014, for 3pcs of Pre-order midband, RM146.9+estimated 1KG RM10+sensitive charge RM20=RM176.9, for taobao item link as below:

Link provided by suntzulee and according to taobao service post (with rate & charges published), he agree on the cost & made the payment to me to proceed order.
He knew that was pre-order items.

3. Till mid of Oct, seller not sending out yet. Informed to suntzulee for this situation and ask him to provide bank account to refund to him.

4. On 16/Oct, suntzulee asked to source from sellers with on hand stock available, I replied with 2 links & not recommend any, just suggestion since he asked me to source.

5. On 17/Oct, suntzelee asked to purchase from below seller.

6. I replied with quotation saying current rate is different but will follow old rate & have to apply new shipping sensitive charging rate.

7. Suntzelee agreed, and asked me to proceed order.

8. Packing & shipped on 20/10, 0.52KG 0.52kg RM10+30=40 Paid RM40. Balance of RM12.3 transferred back to his account Maybank current Acc 512361056623@lee Kuan Meng with transaction detail provided to him.

9. On 30/10 night around 10pm, he called and said out of 2 pcs of miband, one of it missing, empty box. [This is very important]I didn't say a word stated that this is nothing to do with me, I told him to keep all the packaging and items, take photo and submit to me as proof to rectify to china warehouse, china DPE to further check on this issue. I will follow up for this case.

9. On 31/10, with all the photo provided, china warehouse asked to provide photo with weight, to assist further on checking the problem parcel. I whatsapp suntzulee.

10. On 1/11 morning, suntzulee replied can't provide photo with weight, cant get a weighing machine, neither him or friends, all do not have a weighing machine. He asked to me answer If I am going to replace him a miband, I replied need his assistance to provide the photo for me to do my part to follow up with china warehouse & china DPE. He rejected & insist to report here.

Order on 10/17 for 2 miband, paid to china seller.

02/11 - Received your photo (with weight) on 14:01 Sunday, China warehouse/DPE is not working, will forward the photo and get them to check. They will only process my supporting documents on Monday working time.

04/11 - China DPE replied: Kangaroo's feedback to them there was weight variance 0.52KG (DPE shipped out from China) & 0.48KG (Kangaroo received the parcel).
China DPE had submitted all the relevant documents and photo to Malaysia Kangaroo to check on the issue, Kangaroo need time to check & they will reply to DPE.

07/11 - China DPE replied: Kangaroo still checking on the weight variance and item missing issue, pending for reply to China DPE. China DPE informed, within 20+- working days Kangaroo need to provide a final reply.

01/12 - China DPE replied: On 01/12 proceed to claim for the lost. Estimated compensation amount will be informed later and according to DPE, it is going to take about 14 working days+- to complete the claiming process.

25/12 - Compensation completed, amount claimed RMB109. RMB109/1.75=RM62.3 transferred to his account.

You paid to me, and I did provide the proof of payment & order, paid to seller that you choose.

You may refer to print screen, you found me there & there are terms and regulations for Taobao purchasing services & Notes when receiving parcels.

By the time you told me this incident, I did my soonest responses & now all the items are with you, only you can do it to weigh the items and provide me the photo, for me to proceed the investigation with China warehouse & DPE.

I did not wash hand, I am still waiting for your cooperation to provide photo with weight, to proceed for next step.

I am taobao agent only, helping to purchase, not selling you the miband.
Parcel lost/item lost is an unforeseen incident and I am trying as best as I can to help solving this.

Hi,

From our forumer's suggestion, you may try the ways suggested to check on the weight.

I will still try to get China side to follow up on this! Please understand if with all the documents/proof needed provide to them, it will be more efficient & that will be their part of job to carry out the investigation and reply to us!

If DPE/warehouse are responsible on this issue, we can appeal and claim.
If due to custom took it, this is the most unfortunate outcome.
Anyway regardless of the outcome possibilities, these are steps to proceed, and I WILL FOLLOW UP THIS CASE.

PLEASE CHANGE YOUR TITLE, You have no evidence saying I am scammer/cheater, or warn others to stop dealing with me!
I am trying to help, but you are trying to ruin my reputation and credibility.

First of all, thanks for your cooperation. Definitely I am following up for your case since you called me that night at 9pm+.

Secondly, I am using a warehouse in China, not owning it. I never told you before I own a warehouse in China.
Warehouse received your parcel in good condition (without outer packaging damage, please understand this), packed and shipped. Please do not conclude yourself without proof.

This is not rational for accusing me if in the end the worst case custom taking it, nobody want this to be happened.
We state clearly the risk, terms & conditions for purchasing service through taobao, there is no 100% guarantee. Please look for other taobao agent who can provide 100% guarantee to you.

Thanks for your pre-alert to others/customers dealing with me, dont worry!
If any unforeseen incidents happen, I will definitely do all my best to assist, and I believe they will give their full cooperation, for sure I will be a responsive and helpful agent to solve their problem.
