this happen last year.

1st case:

check with my taobao agent(i forgot already who she is) and she help check with the seller, as usual i prepare all the photo and weighing as i pickup the parcel from abx centre in subang myself. All the timbang, take photo i did it in abx warehouse and i leave my item there as few item missing. As for my case, the weight of my parcel is not tailing with the one in system means some of my item was stolen during custom check. I also did report to kpdnkk about the issue and i blame abx for the losses. KPDNKK did a good job follow up with me every 2 days and ended up need check with custom , due to this related to gov agency i rather just accept my parcel and haramkan what was stolen from me. not a happy ending though 
2nd case:

ABX deliver parcel to me, looks suspicious cuz the weight of the parcel is light , the delivery guy suggest me to open the parcel in front of him and turn out that the warehouse in china put wrong stuff in my main parcel, some of the item is correct (in diff small parcel). Funny thing is the wrong item is necklace,earring,woman sexy wear (bikin malu me only)..i contact the agent and all solve smoothly after i sent the wrong item to her and got my refund for the missing item ( bag ,t-shirt)..

Bro.. She is just a agent.. she dont own a warehouse.. The warehouse id China people own 1.. Taobao dispatch all the item from the TaoBao Warehouse = Alibaba Warehouse..

You dont understand how Taobao agent work then i recommend you try order yourself in Taobao and u will understand.

She nor anyone related to her touched your item. She just pay and forward the item back to your hands..

and WaCKy-Angel is right.. The item box has been tempered why accept? I rejected many tempered box although its sent by trusted seller.

And TS.. Now you feel how chin_kh and Crozac feels.. Cheated.. You got many dispute thread people complain about you now u know how they feel..
