Meanwhile i will also check with kangaroo as well. If they received the item in damaged and stolen, they should reject the item and not post to me. I have received all parcels from china and never i encountered this problem. Only when i got your service first time because certain items, tmall will not directly send to me. They only send to a china address and need a forwarder to send it to me later. The reason why i said you should take accountability is due to you told me you have a warehouse in china who receive all items from tmall. Now, if your warehouse first detected the parcel was damaged and stolen, then your warehouse is obliged to reject to the shipper or seller, not just accepted it and send to malaysia at first place.

At the end, if you tell me is due to custom problem and no way to compensate me...well at least, at my end i discharge all my duties to warn everyone the risk and unfortunate incident which happened to me now when dealing with you......
