Zenfone 6 worth to buy?? battery wise good if on data plan whole day?
Besides that, anyone facing slow camera? Slow as in when take pictures in depth of field mode or some other mode, you have to hold the phone still for a few seconds. Any movement and the pics will look blur. updates will fix that problem or not?

Not sure about camera tho.

my zf6 now updated to KK so far its buttery smooth no lags watsoever. i dun use much the cam but wenever i do i think it work quite decent. battery life performance wise could last a whole day. i use my fon a lot for internet browsing n listen to music. so far i m satisfied with the battery life cool2.gif

I find the ZF6 pretty good and smooth with hardly any lags. However, the cons are :

1) Poor GPS. Slow to get a lock in my car and loses signal easily.

2l Slow camera. Takes a second or so before another pic can be taken in non turbo mode.

3) Video recording is choppy

I have upgraded to Kitkat.

Just bought Zenfone 5 for my wife when her Ip5c lost last Friday cry.gif

Rookie question :
1) what is the different Ori and AP set? (despite the sticker on the box and labeling on the phone) The salesman told that no more Ori set. hmm.gif
2) What is the different of model number such as ASUS_T00F indicates? when wifey check her friends phone its ASUS_T00J?

Hope to get some feedbacks on this.

I don't know how the salesman 'kelentong' but ori set, there are still plenty.

guys, zf5 8gb user here. problem with my alarm, i set it at 5.20am and now it only rings for a second before it snoozes back automatically. anyone else had this issue?

and how do i save mms pix into my gallery? as well as fwding that pix?

Usually, or at least what I understand, AP means that it's still genuine product, but only it's other markets' phone, not one made/aimed for Malaysia. So warranty purposes you have to go to the shop you bought the phone, not just walk into any Asus store.

If I'm wrong someone should correct me though.

just traded in my htc one x (old one from brother) to zenfone 4

people say it's a downgrade. but what I like is the smaller size, and the htc one x battery life is HORRIBLE.

and this cheap zenfone can support usb-otg. just tested yesterday, connect directly to my digital camera, and the zenfone can recognise it.

battery life is not as good as acer phones.

but hmmm, how to check if the set is original ? it says Model number ASUS_T001.there was a 4.3update OTA. If it can upgrade OTA it means it is original ?

frankly zenfones series also got terrible battery life compared to other droids using arm chipset biggrin.gif
ori=distributor is dynamics, got dynamics sticker on box.

After the "fix battery drain issue" update after KitKat, battery seems slightly better than before for my Zenfone 5. Well done ASUS

Before I updated my ZF5 to KK my free RAM was 800-900mb and it dropped to 500-600mb after that. =(

the most optimized OS for zenfone i think still JB 4.3.
if want KK i think we better off to padfone S or even zenfone gen-2.

No lah, AP sets = higher margin for retailers. Besides, Zenfones are really tough phones (except screen pecah lah)

Not that many people complain about hardware fault.

And it doesn't get bent that easily (at least for ZF6 model), though it'll snap if you stretch it.

I got this kind of problem too but solve it after the update.even i didnt notice the update until i notice the alarm back to normal laugh.gif.btw mine is ap set 16gb zen5

I'm using Zenfone 5 with 1GB of RAM and running kitkat 4.4.2

The free RAM is hovering around 170MB-300MB
I don't face any major problem so far, just that after you open web browser or camera app and when you press home button, ZenUI launcher tends re-caching every icons which takes about 1.5 to 2 seconds.

and of course I do prefer Android 4.3 on Zenfone 5

Hey guys zenfone 5 lte user here. Bought like a week ago. Updated to kk 4.4.2 already.

Now my problem is when on call the other person says my voice sounds very soft, i can hear them very ckearly though. Now is it because of my phone sim card? I just potong, havent replace new yet (on maxis) or is it problem with the phone? sad.gif

Try putting your sim card on different phone and try.
Android 4.4.2 kitkat kinda messed up sound system on across various devices.

Zenfone 5 with snapdragon comes with LTE and model number is A500KL. Price is hovering around rm7xx.

thanks bro, nuts, i just got kk 4.4 last night... seems ok except for the missing keyboard. will update as i use it the next few days on performance and the issues i faced earlier with the alarm.

try resit back ur sim,coz sometimes the sim slip out from the slot especially if micro sim is manually cut..

did that, but still the same..I switch simcard in slot 2 to slot one but still not detected, slot 2 is working fine with both simcard..so i dont think simcard issue..i did live chat with ASUS personnel, he ask me to factory reset

Some points i like about Zenphone 5 A500kl
- It has a decent camera
- Resolution is great . 1280x720 on 5" making it clear and crips.
- Snappy performance. Not to sure because it is Snapdragon or the 60ms fps stated in website.
- Zen Ui is great. Definitely better than sony, samsung, lg and all other bullshit crap.
- So far my dad loves it. Never regret choosing this instead of lenovo or xiaomi.

go to the taiwanese guy's site and download V3.

install Intel for Android drivers
then
install ASUS ADB (use moborobo app to do that)

then just follow the simple instructions in the chinese guy's V3 package (not v2)

and when it finally has root, you reboot the phone, and make sure it STILL HAS "black background with white asus logo" when booting.

Because

I know one guy who did this, got his OTA. But don't take my word for it, because I'm on ASUS_T00J_WW_user_2.19.40.18_20141003_8008 release-keys 044000307_201407220024 already.

Gonna see when new update hits if i can get it.

(but somebody who locked his bootloader again, actually got it. again, don't take my word)

go to asus-zenfone.com on how to root...i updated to kitkat first then rooted successfully.



please follow the instruction carefully because if u not following it will cost u a bricked phone. i root using my laptop. very simple i rooted my phone less then hour even im just a noob beginner first timer tongue.gif in this rooting stuff.

I am ZF5 2gb 16gb Rom user

before this in JB smooth and more batt life.

in KK video playing not smooth,messaging sometimes halt and not responding, batt life is most consumed by the systems.
I used to throw away all the widget leave the screen as simple as i can,

As in raw processing power, Intel SoC is way more powerful than Snapdragon in A500KL.

SGX544MP2 GPU in intel powered zenfone would leave Adreno 305 to dust.

Again, Snapdragon SoC is more power efficient and has better supports from Qualcomm.

Installed the new OTA updates earlier (zenfone 5 lte) and like the memory cleaner button in the dropdown shortcut! other then that didnt notice anything except another apps installed which is for data transfer or something lol

It doesn't supp too large file and does not enough power to spin the mechanical dics of the HDD

hahaha ... i found my issue ... my micro sim is on 32K .. so need to go to maxis to change it again to 128K ... ( i have change it when getting my zf 5 but maxis center give me normal sim )

that's y ... can't see /get 4g signal ...

I dont see any video recording problem like choppy frame with my phone, and it saves the clip in instant. I only use 8gb msd dont know if bigger can effect or not. Just very low framerate in 70% dark place or greater, like recording fap performance or something haha.

In term raw performance definitely mi3 snapdragon 800 is much more powerful. Zen 6 only has a larger viewing screen only

Btw after the latest OTA update, may I know how to get rid of the 'swipe to unlock' screen since I'm not going to use the lock screen widget. Now I have to swipe and pattern unlock, kinda annoys me. Sorry for newbie question notworthy.gif

perhaps in ideal condition of outdoor with a lot of lights. biggrin.gif

I'm still giggling at how the swipe/slide to unlock and then having to put your pattern is considered as an annoyance. I personally like it as it feels much closer to my old and already gone Iphone 4.

In other news, I've been pushing my Zen5 to the limit by handling media group in my college as a photographer last week. I've used my phone as a camera to take pictures of the event, and I am very happy with the quality of the images that I took. Besides the fact that the phone's temperature skyrocketted, it managed to survive 5+ hours of picture taking alone.

Oh and the video recording is still rather poop at weird/low lighting condition. Major annoyances still.

Of course it is. 3 steps just unlock the phone is cumbersome.

Press the on off button, swipe and then draw pattern...

Think Asus made a booboo in this aspect.

I already freezed most of pre-installed and some Asus services by using Titanium Backup.
But battery is still pretty weak.

Intel Atom consumes way too much while idle. Lowest frequency for each core is 800Mhz compared to Snapdragon/Mediatek, they runs as low as 300mhz-400mhz and they are faster SoC than Intel still.

yes arm soc is more power saving than intel x86, but definitely not more powerful.
currently intel soc only got dualcore but detected as quadcore due to hyperthreading, can beat the crap out of any dualcore arm processor out there.

Run a test for yourself.

They are not any faster than snapdragon S4 pro dual-core in Xperia SP. Not even close.
Apple A6 and Apple A7 too.

the 1600mah batt wont fit 1200mah phone, the back cover wont fit. zf4 with 1600mah is slightly, just few mm thicker than zf4 with 1200mah batt.

updated my zenfone 4 to kitkat yesterday.

now cannot download apps from google play and cannot connect wifi.... apps show keep downloading but not moving and no percentage.. wifi connected but no signal n no wifi symbol...

always got problem after updates... getting tired of using tis phone liao..

Upgraded OTA and retried manual.. same problem still.... cry.gif

Ah, it's already reach V4.

Anyway, after updating to kitkat 4.4, seems my phone drain more power even just in standby mode. Last time, before the update, my phone can hold for almost 5 days (using wi-fi but only around 30 mins or less; & not even using mobile data, I'm not a heavy user).

But now, my battery can only hold up for 2 or 3 days; just in standby mode.

Zen4 M'sia set. Not rooted. No games. Only browse net, whatsapp , telegram, minimal utube, gmail, and sms. Oh.. Did snapped 13pixs. SOT avg 1.75-2hrs. sweat.gif
>48hrs on KK (of course multiple recharged) still w/o issue or abnormalities.
I still say browsing net is way fluid that 4.3.
Really2 not bad for a phone cost <RM290 nod.gif

Not buying Zen5 since more complains than recommendations.
Imho, Zen4 n Zen6 is a better choice.

Am confused with either Android or my ZF5.
I make a folder in Gallery to separate ally picture by events. In the phone I can see all folders but when i plug in the USB to connect with my laptop, I dun sees any folder except for camera folder in DCIM but it is visivle in thumbnails but those are too small...
Funny, anyone got this problem..

if ori set u can direct update thru OTA method
if AP set u must download 1st latest firmware with same SKU....
then unzip the zip file,...then inside folder got 1 zip file...
then connect usb cable
just copy paste onto ur phone that zip file...
detach usb cable..then u'll see a notiication on update....

*download firmware from lower version to higher version step by step
dunnot jump onto Kitkat unless ur on Version V1.18.40.12

Still unstable. Ram usage not optimize always leavr me with 200+mhz ram, lag a bit, on jb smoother. I hate location setting. Cant turn on and off the gps radio independently. Battery still same. Browser got so many bugs. On jb, the sign in pop up page works better. This time doesnt work anymore. Ughh i hate kk.

Guys,

How to enable the led notification light to be use for social messaging, sms and etc ? That led light seem to only work during low battery (red), during charging (orange), after the battery is full (yellow)...

I use Zenfone 5 ASUS_ T00J model

Yes, Zenfones do support the OTG function...

Hi to all..

Bought my zenphone 4 last month...(it's ok until this past 3-4 days)...when i connect the phone using 3.5 mm jack to a big speaker to play music and after a few song, suddenly the sound stop although the music still playing normally..pull it out then insert it again..ok for a while then it happen again...already try with different audio jack but still happen..got any idea solving this?

Yea after firmware updates by Asus, Zenfone supports USB OTG.
Nillkin is a decent brand for screen protectors and casings.

Just an advice:

I've used this phone (ZF5, T00J, 8GB-ROM version) and i'm almost satisfied with almost everything, except

A) storage
B) battery life.


B is fixable. Very fixable. Pop in a proper 10K mAH powerbank like the one from Xiaomi and you'll be happy that it lasts for a day.

long story short = i've managed to burn not 1, not 2, but 4, 4 SD cards (2GB, 4GB, 8GB, and the latest 32GB)

This is not even Android L that uses ART (which means bigger installation)

I'll suggest if you're buying this phone, stay away from 4GB/8GB models. Go for the 16/32 if you can. You won't regret it.

Hmm... My zenfone 5's speaker isn't working anymore. It was working this morning then suddenly, silence. I've plugged in my earphone and well it projects the sound to my earphone easily. But unplugging it doesn't fix it.

Warranty time?

tried it. And I had to press in near the area of the speaker and it works. From the looks of it, the wiring within it is loose.

i would like to ask regarding zen fon that come with 4.5 inch screen. how's the lag??is it terrible??right now, i'm in the middle between the one that i mention earlier, and zen fon 5. can all of you share with me your experiences..i still need to do comparisons between those two models..by the way, i'am not a heavy gamer..thanks for sharing..

4.5..so far so good..lag comfirm got..just little lag..remember to clear ram everytime u finish using apps and remember to restart phone after 3days..cuz sometime..i've no idea y battery run out so fast..but after restart..back to normal..so far so good..about camera,normal la..front camera is VGA..don't expect so much..

Problem with my ZF4 today! My Play store suddenly died... and and I had cleared off the cache and even reinstalled the Play Store, and doesn't work. Then I realised that my Google accounts had gone missing and I'm not able to add them again - therefore I had to hard reset my phone.

Now the problem - upon starting up after erasing all the data on the phone, I'm stuck at Step 4 after selecting wifi/turning off wifi where it reads

.com.google.android.gsf.login has stopped.

I can't friggin do anything with the phone now!!! HELP

Thanks but the article cannot be opened! And the thing is.... this error pops up upon set up. I can't even go to the Settings or App drawer page as the setup has yet to be completed.

And gonna attempt to flash back to stock ROM in RAW format and give it a go...

Since nobody is capable of helping my problem out, allow me to post something useful to this thread seeing that most of the questions raised here are loosely like "which phone is better, how is battery life, where to buy casing", and so forth... I'm putting together a what to do in case your beloved Zenfone decides to F-up like mine did yesterday;

Problem : "Unfortunately, .com.google.android.gsf.login has stopped". Upon factory reset of the phone. You can't even proceed with using the phone as the initial setup of the phone is not done. Therefore, phone is rendered useless.

What I've tried : Clearing up the cache in the play store, downloads, resetting app preferences, re-adding Google accounts. All failed. Hell I even tried contacting Asus tech support and spoke to a Rizal (Agent MY03). He doesn't even understand my problem as I doubt that he's trained to troubleshoot ZF problems... he keeps asking me to go into Settings to disabled this and that, and constantly asked me if I had rebooted the phone right. Ultimately he had advised me to bring it in to the Asus service center at Bukit Bintang which only operates 9 - 5, Mondays to Fridays. Good job Asus support. Good job. I'll make sure I write into Asus about this.

So how to solve this phone? It's sort of bricked now.

1. With a lot of Googling done, I came across the idea of reflashing the entire OS to its stock ROM
2. You'll need an external SD card for this! 2GB worth at least. Beg, borrow, steal if you have to... but you'll need one
3. The good thing about Asus is, even though the phone has not been set up - you still can plug a USB cable and get it connected to the PC. Download a copy of the *.raw STOCK ROM ; here. Copy it onto the root folder of your SD card.
4. Pop in the SD card, reboot the phone into the bootloader (Asus Droidboot) by holding down the power button + volume up button
5. Once you're in the bootloader, select SD DOWNLOAD
6. It'll then run by itself and reflash the entire ROM into the old JB Stock ROM
7. Once it's done, start up the phone, set it up yadda yadda...
8. Go to the Asus website to download the latest ROM. Copy it onto the root folder of your INTERNAL STORAGE.
9. Your phone will be able to detect that you've an upgrade available. Upgrade your ROM!
10. Problem solved!

Yes happened on KitKat. However this problem is not caused by KK, it's the Android OS itself. This had happened to my Galaxy S2 previously as well... the Google API that authenticates Google accounts to the phone is flawed somewhat.. which will cause stuff like this to happen - except for the fact that Samsungs are easy to unbrick. With a dash of CWM, and custom roms, and of course the many available tools to unbrick them.

FYI readers this is a last resort thing that ought to be done.

To all friends who had battery drainage problem maybe can try this method. Go to settings > apps > preloaded > disable your unused apps

I've just got Zenphone 4 yesterday and would like to update to KK. I have some questions to those who have updated their Z4 to KK and hope someone can answer :

1. I want to manually download KK from Asus website but confused with 2 versions of the firmware: CHT and WW SKU. Which one should I download? My current build number is JSS15Q.WW_Zenphone-V4.3.11-20140804010151_201312100112

2. Is there any problem after which I install the update? I've read some of the previous posts that Zen 5 users have some problems with KK update. How about Zen 4 users?

yours should be ww. but why dont u just update via ota? for sure it'll give correct version.
zenfone already got many update, zf4 already got two kk update so far and not to mention countless standalone asus app update from playstore. any bugs should be resolve fast by asus seing they gave update constantly. me got no bugs that i cant think of, just ram usage is abit high on kk compared to jb.

I have one problem here. After finish call or in calling mode, I open the flip cover and the display still black. I only can back to normal display when I press power button. Anyone facing this issue? Any idea to solve this

guys.. need help on data..
just upgrade my celcom data from BIS (blackaberry) to celcom First premier+mpro (which will get iphone as complimentary).. the problem now, i cant connected to internet (no network).. called customer service and they said nothing wrong with my plan.. they ask to go to handphone shop on the data setting
please help.. now have to use wifi to connect to internet

just updated to KK and receive a firmware update about 100MB...there's a changes in UI and others im not so sure yet.

finger cross for KK...dun give any headache to me.....LOL!

And oddly my system reserved is now 3.08/8GB with very constant reboot. Is it because of SDFix?

do u turn on your wifi while using gps? if dont..pls on your wifi...more accurate..

i did turn on wifi and gps. i tried use google map for nav got sesat coz the gps location cant seem to pin point accurately. most time it goes crazy jump all over place. any1 have issue with this?

Yup my zf5 root.

Btw i also install gps test to see how many satelite can "catch" my zf5

One more thing...is it only got problem while driving....if while driving...maybe your car tinted somehow block gps signal to a certain degree like vkool

Guys,lately my phone ram usage spiking again.1 apps on background already consume like 1.4gb ram (total with other android process). And my phone last night keep on rebooting itself.this is crazy.anyone else experience same problem?

Get Greenify for your phone, and make sure to disable background data for apps like Facebook and such. It does wonders.

It's an application to save battery by force stopping apps that you have chosen (You can choose which app to greenify). You don't need to root your phone in order to use it and it's available at the play store for free.

Think how you put your laptop to sleep and then you turn it on. You'll notice the slight sluggishness. that's how it works.

Hi, I'm having problem with my zenfone 5. I wanted to restart my phone and it entered bootloop. I can't make it to fastboot mode so I can't do a factory reset or firmware reflash. I tried for 4 hours just to get into fastboot and still no luck! It just keep on bootlooping. Any sifus here can help me please? Thank you.

Hi all sifu, 2 days ago just updated to KK and the lastest update from ASUS. Then the gps reception gone too bad and give all the wrong position during navigate with waze..anyone encounter this issue after update?

Before update gps still working fine.

Please advise...

Why not you download lockwatch, can snap pic using front camera and tag location and send you email if someone try unlock your phone

Yup... If not, it will use telco tower triangulation which is not accurate

Because when im in 4.3 gps work ok. But then after upgrade the gps gone crazy.couldnt detect my location

Actually a lot of us here have given the advice not to upgrade to Kitkat if you've read the forum.

There are times where zenfone gets overheated for no reason and battery drops very fast even when your phone is on your pocket at all times. I faced this before while driving to college.
I feel something hot and it was my zenfone 5 temp burning for no reason. Everything went back to normal after restart.

My zenfone 5 drops only 8-10 percent over 5-6 hours unused with data connection.

Yes, zenfone need restart frequently to avoid over heat. Then battery life will back to normal. Happen to me also.

I already updated mine to Kitkat latest FW 2.20 all the way from jb 1.18.40

It seems like performance is much better than before (I'm comparing with kitkat FW 2.18)
Battery life improvement is unknown.

Even worse when using Google Maps. Current location can be way off especially when driving. Horrible !

now i already downgrade to 4.3 with firmware 1.17.40.16 and manage to convert from tw to ww.what i notice after downgrade the gps still will lose it signal while driving but at least not like 4.4 it goes haywire.

I think im going to sell this baby off already...too bad not even 1 eeek usage...

All gps will need clear sky to get the satellite signal.

Tha assisted gps, agps, uses cellphone tower to get a location fix.

This GPS Status app seems to have reset the GPS in my ZF6 and it now works a lot better !

guys, i got a problem with dual sim here
when i insert second micro-sim to the second sim slot, phone doesn't detect it
but i have tried inserting my main micro-sim to the second slot, and phone able to detect it..that means the second slot is working fine
i also have tried using the second simkad with my friend's phone, and his phone able to use it..which means there's nothing wrong with the simkad too..
there's also one weird thing i noticed, when i put my main simkad to slot SIM2,phone can detect it, and then I insert the secondary simkad to slot SIM1, phone can't detect them both!
any suggestion guys?

Few days ago, I posted about the poor battery performance of my Zen5. What I did after that; I set the Weather Update Frequency to Manual (how do I disable this Weather app from the Locked Screen?), I disabled 95% of the automated Notifications on apps, disabled Auto-Sync entirely on Quick Settings, and set the Brightness to 50% only unless I'm outdoor. So far, I notice the battery performance has improved a lot, but still too early to say and I sure hope it'll continue to be better? Hehe. Just my 2 cents. icon_rolleyes.gif

Same here. Some serious drain after the new zenui update - previously had close to 22hrs standby on my zf4, now I'm averaging 14-15hrs. Never had to greenify before, now it seems like a necessity.

Clixter is a sub-operator from Digi yes? Similar like Tunetalk from Celcom.

Does appear like the problem similiar to the Umobile SIM. Post your comment on the Asus Facebook page or email them.

i'm using LTE, yes .. i have this issue before .. what i did ... i install battery doctor ...
and monitor from there ...

it works .. and can hold on for almost 1 1/2 day .. normal use.

I've just uninstalled the Zen launcher and had to reinstall the apps again.

Updated the Zen laucher after reading about the update.

Now, back to the battery drain again, 1% battery drop per hour on standby.

Have to uninstall again.

but in the end i didn't receive any notification on "successful" root...
but i think i successfully root this zen6 coz now i have full access into wakelock detector app

so any sifu here can teach me on how to double confirm my root is successful...
for now i root just for fun bcoz quite bored 2nite notworthy.gif

and how many batt do we get? i saw unboxing review getting 2 sets of batt. But oversea. so Malaysia, get?

Zf4 rrp rm299 ori set. First batch got 2 1200 mah battery but after that got 1 1600 mah battery. If got little extra bit moolah...get zf4 4.5 rrp rm369

If possible dont update to kitkat...ha ha ha

Havent heard can downclock below 800...please share if you found it

Mine set min clock to 1.6...max clock 1.6...since already have to bring powerbank....might as well full processing power to the limit ha ha ha

Padfone S is not just a minor upgrade from zenfone 5 LTE.
Padfone S and Zenfone 5 both sits on different level of smartphone.

Zenfone 5 low end
Padfone S high end

I don't know why people can't decide to upgrade from Z5 to Padfone S.

Snapdragon 801 is almost twice and the half faster than Snapdragon 400. Adreno 330 is about 3 timea faster than Adreno 305. Full HD offers great viewing experiences.

and yes, these only matters if you're a heavy user.
But then again snapdragon 801 SoC is way future proof compare to snapdragon 400 which is even weaker than intel-powered zenfone.

Putting your processor running at maximum frequency will produce heat pretty drastically. Heat shorten and weaken your processor's lifetime and reability.

Helped my foreign worker buy one Zenfone 5 today. Definitely not a bad choice.

Compared to Redmi 1S, this is a much better phone overall, although battery may be a drag.

Maybe the back cover is different...same like galaxy s2...ori battery 1650mah....but if want to use samsung ori extra capacity 2000mah..have to change back cover...luckily..the 2000mah battery package include back cover

I can say it is finally better than FW 1.18.40 Jellybean in term of performance and battery consumption.

Max data speed subject to telco since m'sia telco speed will never outrun phone capability.

My friend brought z5 WW and update to kitkat.so far i check the ram usage are normal but he said sometimes can up to 1.6mb ram consumption sweat.gif. Battery? I try his phone about 5 min and try otg,battery loss 3%.maybe cause of otg and i dont think his kitkat is the latest kitkat update

guys, I have problem right now with my zenfone 5. Just now I try to connect PC Game Controller by using otg. Then the screen goes black. I try to press the power button, but nothing happen. It wont turn on. I've tried by charging it and wake it up using flip cover but still no success. =(

Mine is ori set, with z2560 processor. I hope it will take 1 week. Luckily I've backup all photos to google yesterday. Damn Asus, giving me hard time. Need to find another phone.

Guys, I recently bought ZenFone 5 (Intel one), and yet, I didn't get any softeare update. Mine is still on 4.3. Anyone can help?

I heard a lot of Zenfone 5 WW user will face issue with OTA.
Go update manually.
