guys, I have problem right now with my zenfone 5. Just now I try to connect PC Game Controller by using otg. Then the screen goes black. I try to press the power button, but nothing happen. It wont turn on. I've tried by charging it and wake it up using flip cover but still no success. =(

Help me.

Send to Asus center for warranty? How long it takes?

Mine is ori set, with z2560 processor. I hope it will take 1 week. Luckily I've backup all photos to google yesterday. Damn Asus, giving me hard time. Need to find another phone.

just claimed a warranty from asus center kuching. the technician said that my zenfone 5's motherboard got burnt. like what u said, i'm one of the unlucky person have purchased defective unit. it take only one day for them to replace my motherboard. fast and quick customer service. furthermore, they also updated my zenfone 5 to v2.20. I noticed that my battery can stand for 15 hours for regular use. and smoother as well. good job asus.
