what flip cover... could you explain more...

I believe any flip cover will do such as nilkin. Zenfone support smart cover through Setting > ASUS customized settings > Enable ASUS Cover.

Hi..just bought ori zenfone 6 for my wife last week, and updated to Kitkat 4.4.2 via phone recently 7/12/14..After the Kitkat update, the person at the other end cant hear what youre saying whenenver you make or receive calls. I tried with voice recorder also the same, complete silent..never dropped this even once yet, well just bought about a week , so..already factory reset, same result..what else should i do?downgrade it back to jellybean, coz its working fine before that..my wife kinda getting to like this phone, but this update destroys it..now she keeps blaming me for recommending this cheap phone, low quality, i should have get the iphone instead la, bla bla bla..you know, woman...

But seriously, any advise on this?Or should i just bring to service centre?Could not find listing of Asus service centre in their website..Anyone care to share the Asus SC location in Selangor?Thanks.

A lot of retail stores are trying to scam people due to the nature of the rather well selling Zenfone. Suggest you get it from the Asus Malaysia online Store.

I think one person here said the delivery is top notch.

Zenfone price still maintain at rrp since launch few month back but a lot of store mark up zenfone price kaw kaw, zf4 they can sell rm399....zf4 4.5 rm499.....zf5 rm599....zf6 1.6 rm899....crazy

guys, how can i update my zenfone 6 to the latest firmware with my phone have been root?

cause i cant update my phone via online and my phone cant detect the upgrade file after i placed the firmware on the internal storage

Sifus,if upgrade os can the data on phone e.g picture,music,contact and game data will be lost?

I dont think it will but my friend last night update his zen5 to kitkat and all data lost.not sure what he did.so is it possible?

They are not telling me what was the root cause for the first issue. They just told me that they replace the screen for me as it is still under warranty.
