TM is a shady company...last year when I wanna subscribe to their 4mbps streamyx they say my area not supported, only 1mbps can...6 month later got call from TM after asking if I want to upgrade to 2mbps...I ask can I take the 4mbps package, but the customer services guy said that my area not supported, so I take the 2mbps package. Last week suddenly I got a call again asking if I wanna upgrade to 4mbps. I ask her 3 times and she said that my area always got 4mbps support, no problem, damn shady busisness. Still waiting for the speed upgrade. Need to wait in 7 working days. I guess they do this to me just to extend my 12 month contract.

Live-chatted with TM officer and they confirmed whoever received that "thank you surprise" SMS can claim the "gift" from TM website on 09/01/17.
Hope it is indeed free upgrade to 8mbps or better yet, Unifi 10mbps lol

if suddenly Tm miscapped 4mbps to 2mbps how ah? just check at the modem page, its 2041kbps only, but im paying for 4mbps package  |
