Hi guys I keep experiencing of line disconnection when we are on wifi (mobile phones and laptop) not with lan cable. Is it because of the wifi modem? It's an old type version and been using it for more than 3 years I guess. If the wifi modem is the problem can anyone recommend me any modem + wifi that is good and stable wifi connection?

hi guys. earlier my modem got no light on dsl and internet at all. The tm guy came and fixed the wires and box outside my house after that i got both lights on again. Then they told me that i need to reconfigure my modem. Can i know what configuration i should do?

the tm guy didn't tell u what to do?

he just told me ask me get my id password from tm then take my modem to computer shop ask them configure for me rm30. can i do it myself?

I do not think need to do any re-configure, your problem is due to the connection outside your house.
after they fix it, normally you will get the connection back.
are you able to connect to the internet right now?

they said they changed box / port outside im not sure what it is. but after they are done, both dsl and internet light are there. But now, internet light got and dsl appears only once in a while. Even when both lights are on, my pc doesnt show "no internet connectivity" but internet cannot use also.

No additional news aside from only 100 000 out of 1.4 million streamyx user will get so called upgrade.

Webpage on TM website to check the eligibilty for the upgrade will be up next year.

1.3million streamyx users will end up disappointed after checking.

I just call tm...I want to upgrade my 4 Mbps package to 8 mbps. She said..wait until next year for free upgrade, they will send email.

How can internet light up without DSL signal? do you remember you streamyx login ID and password? If so, try to reset your modem.

I just received an email from tm few days ago, telling me there will be surprise coming in 2017.....sux....
