How long will upgrade take times? Their CS said should be within 1-2days (48 hours max) but my installation had been finished 5 days ago, and they keep telling me to wait another 24 hours after another? WTF?

i'm so fed up with those CB useless TM officers..
i've been throwing shitload of F-Bombs to them but none of them can come up with solution. my story is: 26/10 - 2mbps installation(relocate A/C) done in new house c/w upgrade to 4mbps 27/10 - need wait max 48 hours for upgrade to take effect as told by CB.. i mean CS 5-6 days passed, no upgrade 31/10 - after bombard them, my TM A/C renewed to 4mbps, but router DL cap + speedtest still remains the same 2Mbps (after restart modem + reset port via 100) 01/11 - all the CB officers are out of solutions, and they lodged report -- somemore saying ONE TIME CHARGES will be imposed to fix it?? Mudafuka, they're unable to upgrade my package and now they're forcing customer to pay extra to fix their shit?? |

Filed report to SKMM on the unfair discount structure given by telemarketer to certain group with unknown reason (e.g. RM130 for some lucky 8mbps user), and somemore cheebye TM giving shitty explanation that only "some user" can get it. CCB i want demand for same package now.

any news on shitmix users? Will it be 4mbps >> 8mbps or we're still gettin shits? |

my Dlink DSL light is consistently blinking these few days, if manage to connect it will DC shortly after few mins,
upon checking on router page the SNR drop tremendously to 10ish (before that i hv excellent SNR & Attn), and DL cap around 1-1.5k ish, WTF and weirder, each time connected the stat completely differs, sometime still getting normal SNR and 5k DL spd. base on above problem, is it likely my router prob or cabling prob? not dare to call TM technician as they tend to come bare-handed and find a way to charge rm53 Edit: - tried call 100 reset port but doesn't solve the prob - confirmed no breakdown in my area This post has been edited by monkeybeh: Dec 16 2016, 09:02 AM |

Live-chatted with TM officer and they confirmed whoever received that "thank you surprise" SMS can claim the "gift" from TM website on 09/01/17.
Hope it is indeed free upgrade to 8mbps or better yet, Unifi 10mbps lol |

so far anyone chatted with TM CS in regards of free upgrade in 2017 for streamyx users?
told em that I received TQ surprise SMS in Dec'16 and they confirmed eligibility for upgrade, but when asked for further details they being vague and ask to go nearest TM point to try apply free upgrade instead.
