got a call from 03-2240 7609. She is also not aware about this package and she need to re-confirm if this package is meant for new or old subscribers. She even asked me where I got this package details from. lame excuse.

call them to check if they have already configured your account to 4mpbs or not. Their technician need to change your jumper to 4 or 5mbps at dslam too.

TM called me and confirm will upgrade to RM140 package for 8mbps, they will add RM20 discount to my account. So my existing two years contract will be terminated and renewed for one year contract starting today. She claimed that the RM20 discount will be forever.

I think RM140 for 8mbps (Super Duper Jimat Package) is still better than RM 88 for 4mpbs (Special Package). This is just my opinion. Cheap doesn't mean good, speed is double anyway.
