Nice video! Hopefully everything will be as what is showcased in the video. Landscaping is also very important to make the place look nice brows.gif

Contact the sales gallery. Even though it's not officially open for sale, you may place a booking and they will issue you a 'Letter of Intent'. Once the got APDL, all the other process will follow.

Anyone know what is the discount for AP Phase 2 now?
*
12% rebate on Phase 2 now, may reduce to 8% soon.

Hi, FirstHome. Does it mean that CIMB offer you 6.85-2.40=4.45% while RHB Bank offer you 6.85-2.50=4.35% housing loan interest?

People just remind you not to be too too too overly optimistic about the wholes project/township. You are only paying for a house and the developer is not obliged to give u anything other than your house and road serving to your house.

Agree with you.
It happen to us before. Lots of promise given but at the end we only legally bonded with what really stated in the S&P.

Personally, I'm not too impress with the vision video, nothing new, because that what they had sales to us long time ago. Not to blame 100% to LYG because their promises not stated the exact date to deliver the vision. May be next year or may be another 5 years or even more. Like the interchange, I only can see the Project Board after 12 years received my house key. If delivered the result might be not the same as shown in the video. Could be same or 'asal ada' only. Don't forget to read the statement at the end of the video blink.gif

Anyway we still have hopes and gives another chance to LYG to prove that they are serious with the township.
The vision video is good but can be GREAT if only been delivered on timely manner.

Agree with you and keponggangster, for new property launches, all developers over-promise.

As first home buyer, I do pray LYG keeps its promises, at least give good quality delivery (minimum defects).

Low Yat Group, via its subsidiary Rawang Lakes Sdn Bhd, officially launched the first phase of the Acacia Park – Phase 1 last weekend (8-9 November).

Located in Bandar Tasik Puteri, the 224-unit development features 18’x 80’ double storey terraced houses with built-up area of 1,660 square feet onwards. Unit prices range from RM447,100 to RM681,800.

The development witnessed overwhelming response, with 95 percent of the units already sold prior to the official launch.

Visitors to the event were treated to a Sneak Preview of the upcoming Phase 2 of Acacia Park.

Notably, Acacia Park will feature four phases, which will be delivered to owners with street CCTV, perimeter fencing and security guard house.

Facilities within the development include a school, central landscape park and a commercial development.

The largest township north of a fast growing region of the Klang Valley, Bandar Tasik Puteri spans over 2,670 acres and encompasses various commercial and residential components. Situated in the core of Bandar Tasik Puteri is the 33 acres Central Park as well as the highly acclaimed 27-hole Tasik Puteri Golf and Country Club. Properties completed to date include shop-offices, apartments, terraced homes, semi-detached and detached houses.

Current launches are Garden Heights (double storey terraced houses), Medan Puteri 2 (three-storey Shop Offfice) while upcoming launches include Seiring Residences (link semi detached and semi detached houses).

Low Yat Group invested over RM100 million into the BTP Interchange of the LATAR Highway, which when completed in 2016, will reduce travel time from the township to Kuala Lumpur to less than 20 minutes.

If I am not mistaken, then -2.5% is only for those who purchase housing properties worth for 800k above. Right?
