Hi Firsthome - Yes, we are expecting our Advertising Permit this coming week or so. With that, we will tie up the end financing and you can then make your loan submission.

The show unit with ID will be ready by this coming week or so, and we will be planning a Launching / Thank You Event for our Acacia Park Phase 1 buyers. We will get in touch with all registrant then.

Phase 2 of Acacia Park is almost ready for registration.

Garden heights and acacia park is part of btp township. It a residential neighbourhood at btp. Garden heights, seiring residence located at BTP 4, however acacia park and future another project semi d located at btp5.

Garden heights also have perimeter fencing and security guard post. Additional from GH, AP have cctv surveillance. Both are individual title. Residence will form the residence association to manage the neighbourhood with minimum payment. Not related to LYG anymore.

developers' goal is to make $ through new development (big $ as compared to manage township by collecting monthly fees). hence, all developers wan to wash hands after 1 year pass the key to buyers, meaning exit to manage the respective townships.

G&G has upper hand in terms of joint management board and is safeguarded by strata title law.
F&G is free style with only RA. unless u can get >80% residents to sign DMC.

The current place im staying is F&G, many jokers dun wan to pay monthly security fees but we cant do anything.

Hope not only neighboor good, the ppl forming the RA must be good n unite as well.. Therefore all residnts hv to be in meetings, cast vote, etc..

The unity in neighborhood (among all race/religion) will prosper any township, old or new.

Residents oso should make like online page (communicate), gotong royong n social activities so they know each other n feel d spirit of neighborhoodness. Tis will oso spread words n somehow urge others who dun wan to pay, fulfill their responsibilty. This d best we can do, apart from paying our own fees, i guess. Hard to do than speak for sure, but lets keep positive & just be sure to know and play our part :-)

BTW, just sharing there's "hidden" exit now, to Kundang toll...just turn right from BTP current entrance, there's a school at the junction. Then all the way to Kundang new village.

you can exit from there but cannot enter when come bc from KL. Construction for exit from KL is on-going and will be ready by mid 2015

With with vested interest in mr2, I seriously hope that LYG can deliver a prosperous township la. Not to pour cold water but not everyone can do a nice one, a big boy also sucks big time developing the township of bukit raja and bukit jelutong.

I see great future for this part of rawang with mr 2, tan and tan, gamuda, LYG. Just hope they can invest more on roads and abit of cooperation among each other.

Exit Duta toll to Selayang is the farest...nearest will be Latar to Selayang, then Sg Buloh exit to Selayang.
