HI Lowyat wanna ask if the houses in GH, AP, Seiring will be flat or will it look like this (slope) coz went to see the garden height semi d area, seem like the next houses to be built will be lower (land is lower)

Hi O - Just like most developments around, the land level in Garden Heights, Acacia Park and Seiring Residences are undulating so there will be some units on higher ground and some on lower ground. However, we always build on platform-ed land, so there won't be units on slopes.

Hii, i just wondering will phase 3 come with bigger size (20' x 75') or anything start with 20' instead of 18' because i can see the garden height trend is it become bigger for the later phase.
I want to book for phase 2 but if phase 3 start with 20', i will definitely regret buying phase 2 right now.

Exactly. More development coming to Rawang meaning faster growth la. Hopefully supply and demand are matching otherwise there will be surplus. And as someone mentioned earlier, the developers have to really sell 'Rawang' since people conception about Rawang is still same old same old.

Contact the sales gallery. Even though it's not officially open for sale, you may place a booking and they will issue you a 'Letter of Intent'. Once the got APDL, all the other process will follow.
