QUOTE(FirstHome @ Nov 6 2014, 11:37 AM) Hi LYG Admin, Hi FirstHome - We are in the midst of upgrading our BTP Main Web Site and it will be ready by tomorrow. Your official website is not updated with all the nice images you did for the online advertising banners and lack of details of the launch. With the APDL obtained for Acacia Park Phase 1, kindly PM me the floor plan. I can't wait to start planning with my family. Kindly PM us your contact / email and we will send you a copy of the floor plans. You can also download it from the Acacia Park web site (www.acaciapark.com.my) Alternatively, why not visit us this weekend with your family and friends and get a copy of our Acacia Park brochure which is hot off the oven? QUOTE(PeriPeri2014 @ Nov 6 2014, 07:03 PM) Very panas! Lol. Last week when I visited the sales gallery I saw there are still a lot of units from Garden Heights Phase 5 that has not been taken. When I talked to the SA, they said most people that initially came to see GH end up registering for Acacia due to the nice price. But if I'm not mistaken, the psf for GH is lower than Acacia. I guess maybe most people are reluctant to let go their hard earned money, just like myself |

Hi mybenz - Thank you for your feedback.Lowyat engaged those Food & Travel to blog about property??? is like engage a plumber to fix a car.. got talk like no talk... not sure they even own any property or not any sifus here is much better than them.. Acacia Park was planned from scratch to cater to a certain demographics which may be first home buyers, young families / small families, and those who are looking to purchase an affordable home for own stay. It is exactly the same demographics that our blogger friends cater to. The blog post wasn't meant to be an expert opinion and neither does it claim to be, it is mainly to introduce Bandar Tasik Puteri to their readers (especially those who have not heard about BTP) and to also invite them for our Launch Event this weekend. |

Our Acacia Park buyers have been mostly first home buyers and generally, a younger demographic. Both Garden Heights and Acacia Park will be available for viewing this weekend.
