Finally, a reference for those who are interested with Acacia Park

Very panas! Lol. Last week when I visited the sales gallery I saw there are still a lot of units from Garden Heights Phase 5 that has not been taken. When I talked to the SA, they said most people that initially came to see GH end up registering for Acacia due to the nice price. But if I'm not mistaken, the psf for GH is lower than Acacia. I guess maybe most people are reluctant to let go their hard earned money, just like myself

It is exactly the same demographics that our blogger friends cater to.

The blog post wasn't meant to be an expert opinion and neither does it claim to be, it is mainly to introduce Bandar Tasik Puteri to their readers (especially those who have not heard about BTP) and to also invite them for our Launch Event this weekend.

Hi dino_rongak - Acacia Park and Garden Heights are different in terms of sizes (both land and built-up), as well as price point.

Our Garden Heights buyers have been mostly people who were looking to upgrade to a bigger house (2,214sqft) for own use.

Our Acacia Park buyers have been mostly first home buyers and generally, a younger demographic.

Both Garden Heights and Acacia Park will be available for viewing this weekend.
