Dear LYG,
Saya ada beberapa soalan penting berikut yg perlu dijawab dengan jujur oleh pihak LYG.

1.kenapa jalan yg terletak di kawasan Green Valley Park terlalu terabai seperti tidak diselenggara dengan baik oleh pihak LYG.Lubang banyak.Pintu gerbang Green Valley Park pun tidak kelihatan kerana terlindung dengan pokok lanskap yg tidak dijaga dengan baik.

2.Jalan di Green Valley Park amat mengelirukan bagi mereka yg pertama kali datang kerana jalan yg sepatutnya 4 lorong 2 hala menjadi 2 lorong 2 hala perkara ini boleh menyebabkan kemalangan dan merbahaya.Berapa puluh tahun lagikah LYG nak upgrade jalan tu yang terbiar sejak 10 tahun lalu.

3.Lampu jalan ada yg tidak menyala pada waktu malam.sekali lagi membahayakan pengguna.

4.Bila webmaster LYG nak update pembinaan exit btp yg dah sebulan tertangguh ni.

5.Kenapa pihak LYG seperti hanya mencantikkan jalan,lanskap kawasan sekitar garden height sahaja dan bukan di Green Valley Park?

6.Kenapa tiada dewan komuniti untuk penduduk disediakan di BTP?

Sekian soalan2 sy hari ini.So pihak LYG silalah jawab soalan 2 berikut dengan segera.

For the issue with Green Valley Park, I bet LYG will answer that they have already hand over to MPS, so it's not their responsibility. Who wants to take the bet?

Putting that aside, it is quite saddening when you are strolling through BTP and see things like this happens. I seriously see the potential that lies within BTP but it needs LYG commitment to beautify BTP with landscape and deliver quality product.

Since LYG right now is trying to sell Garden Heights and Acacia Park, it is obvious that they only focus the landscaping on that end of BTP. I totally understand current BTP residences frustation on this matter.

1) there's a function called muliquote basically u press the quote button on all the comment's u plan to quote > add reply

2) I hope ur other name is not felicia as I going there to see BTP soon....if other places are as bad maintained and only the show unit area is "temporary" pimped that is indeed sad

3) LYG is dev of nearly 100% of BTP , yes or no?

4) artist impression is always wow, and I always have to view to appreciate...on another hand I also wish I had the ability to predict the future

5) I just chatted with someone who stayed there since early days...so it took how many year to still not complete the 100mill Latar interchange? (taken from propwall, stating its 100mil )....im sure this will be solved soon..before year end next year is my prediction if not
