The signboard erected by the Highway Authorities on the BTP Interchange

[attachmentid=4135492]

That signboard have been erected long time ago but I don't witness any work commence yet, so are there going to be a mall inside tasik puteri, because the developer promise so many things before, I've been living in tasik puteri since 2010 in block 3 and the development in tasik puteri is very slow

Hi ManutdGiggs - Rest assured the Group is working hard towards improving the infrastructure and also beautifying the whole town ship.
*
So my question will be left unanswered like the past and all the promises the developer throw before this will remain a mystery? Typical all you care is to sell your property as I'm the early buyer will be left aside

Hi wut2du - Progress pictures of the BTP interchange are constantly being uploaded to our new BTP website.

Should you want more pictures, you can PM us you email address and we can send it across to you.

At this point of time, we can promise you that the BTP Interchange will be completed mid-2016.

Infrastructure works are constantly being upgraded. The main roads are being repaved, and landscaping are being improved part by part. We have also gotten in 3 petrol station operators in our effort to improve the amenities for the township. Petronas is ready and due to be opened soon. There will be another two petrol station along the main Jalan Tasik Puteri.

We won't be able to promise our residents when the shopping mall will be in. We are speaking to a few interested parties and will make an announcement once things are firmed up. We apologize if there were any empty-promises made to you on the completion of the mall prior.

The Resident Club House at Block 2 (near your house) will be delivered by end 2015.
*
Thank you for your reply, hope the new management are not like the old one keep making promises non delivered, will look forward and positively

LATAR interchange to BTP is already confirm and already start land clearing. I already do site visit last week during Garden Heights Phase 5 launching event. Expected completed in mid 2016. My personal view, this township have a huge potential in this coming years. This township also located in radius less than 30 km from KL/PJ/Shah Alam and we still can afford to buy spacious double storey. If price not your consent, you may buy at others area that located within 15/20 km from KL/PJ/Shah Alam. As part of Rancangan Tempatan MPS 2020, this township will become Urban  Regional Centre for the North Klang Valley. The good township also must have excellent road connectivity and currently this township and other parts of Rawang lack of this facilities.  Even BTP will have direct interchange by mid 2016, that not good enough for become establish township. Few road will be connected to this township from different direction as stated in Rancangan Tempatan MPS 2020. Once this road connectivity completed by 2020, you may be regret why you not buy at Bandar Tasik Puteri. You also can come to BTP thru Rawang Selatan exit without entering to LATAR highway. The new interchange and exit currently under construction by TPPT Sdn Bhd. That exit will benefit GAMUDA Land property, Kundang Jaya, Kuang, Bandar Country Homes and BTP as well. This interchange will be completed next year (2015).

My advice, grab 1 unit or more before the price increase high. Phase 5 Garden Heights launch min RM 521k. It increase around RM100k for my phase 3 Garden Heights.

Been living in BTP since 2010 even my parent also own a house here and my sister waiting for her phase 1 garden heights house to complete hope that this township will flourish and hope that police add more personel since there are so many burglary at block 3 day and night, while I'm at it any measures taken from the developer regarding the escalating of burglary in BTP?

my concern for BTP is there enough amenities like hyper market, school, commercial lots, street mall...it's kinda quiet and run down in BTP at the moment, perhaps there are more developments in near future, perhaps big player like Tesco are coming into it, banks and F&B outlets.
just my 2c
*
These were the main reason I bought the house in BTP circa 2009 but none of the amenities exist and I felt cheated by the developer and I hope this will come true in near future not in 10 more years..ohhh btw Mah Sing also promises mall or hypermarket if it true that is our only hope in near future

your meaning is that the developer claimed to build this and that during your purchase but in the end never delivered it?
this developer has no experience right in building township??

i wonder majority of residents there are bumi or foreigners like workers?
*
that's what i meant, they promised mall/hypermarket, college, LATAR exit, etc, then suddenly Mah Sing come only they rejuvenate their promises.

That was happen to me la... already lodged the defect report ---> no action ---> did lots of follow up ---> still no action ---> keep on waiting ---> don't want 'gaduh-gaduh' ---> cannot wait anymore because need to move in ---> did repaired by myself ---> warranty period end ---> not a happy ending story...
*
Haha this story is same as mine, im in block 3 btw, i thought new management not the same as last one, and the promises until now were not fulfiled, they just want to sell houses after that you on your own. I want to add that not only me but my father also bought house in block 6 he faces the same defect like my house such as leaking roof, water seeping from the bathroom (guess they didnt do waterproofing in order to cut cost) and now my sister going to receive her key for garden height phase 1(dont know whether already received or not). Lets wait if her house will face the same problem or not

Dear LYG,

Forgot to add, apart from water seeping issue, somebody also mentioned about low water pressure problem? This is also a major worry to us.

Thanks.
*
Low water pressure is true happen to me at blok 3 and to my father house blok 6, water seeping from bathroom also happen to both of our house the paint that they use also low in quality and forgot to mention about one of the bathroom they didnt installed the pump for flushing and the sink pipe, when i ask the said will send the contractor to installed but as always only promise, then when i went to the developer office they said already change management so not their responsibilty...hmmm, my advice to whom that shall received their house check the house thoroughly if any defect detected do not hesitate to push them to rectify it before the warranty expired

Hi - wut2du, We do not think that you should generalize your comment and assumed that everything is status quo, the management has taken a serious view of all comments, past and present and certainly by having a forum is one way of listening to our buyers' needs, grievances and suggestions. BTP has undergone a rapid transformation as witnessed from the upgrading and improvement of infrastructural services, landscaping and general services. More are being planned in the future to cater for the expanding population.

We will address some of the other issues as we move along to answer some of the other grievances and will provide a better understanding/explanation/solution of the problems encountered. As we have said before we want to fulfill our obligation as a dedicated developer.
*
Hi whoever you are, im not generalizing it happen to my house and my father house which is in different blok 3 and 6, and we had to fork out our own money because YOU didn't build our house according to the right specification dont tell me that it is normal water will seep in the wall in just 2 year after receiving the key, YOU just started to take it "seriously" because Mah Sing is knocking on your door and took advantage of it i've been here for donkey years complaining about everything from my pipe sink to lousy landscaping and all my complain and others early buyer went to the drain and now only after Mah Sing came you just started to took it seriously? I want to know what upgrade is in the pipeline and any timeline on the plan, everyone can say that we are planning to upgrade this that, what we would like to know when? Not empty promises, give me the timeline no more we are still planning, we are in the midst of discussion, even Unifi is nowhere to be seen, timeline and put it in black and white. Thank you very much lowyat group for my beautiful house and beautiful landscape you have provided

How did LYG repair the defects i.e. low water pressure and water seepage?

R u still facing low water pressure issue? Or u install additional pump then ok?

Thanks for sharing.
*
Hmmm sadly after warranty expired they wont care much, i had to fork out my own money for the problem, about the low pressure just live with it since LYG said that they will upgrade the pipes and reservoir

Hi veron4best, we have already replied on this matter. For your information, the land acquisition is undertaken by the Malaysian Highway Authority (LLM) under the National Land Code. The concessionaire (turnkey contractor) has assured us this matter will be resolved soon based on their past experience in dealing with such matter.

QUOTE(putera tasik puteri @ Jan 30 2015, 10:51 AM)
Hi selamat pagi kepada semua ahli forum.

Dear LYG,

4.Bila webmaster LYG nak update pembinaan exit btp yg dah sebulan tertangguh ni.

Hi PTP, we have already written to Telekom some time ago, but according to them, they are still studying the financial feasibility, due to their bad experience in Bukit Beruntung, hence they must be convinced first before they embark on the UNIFI service due to the high capital outlay. We are still trying to convince them on the need for Unifi at BTP.
*
Wow just wow, one of the oldest and prominent developer cannot convince Telekom and KTM, LYG let me teach you how to convince them, you should invest more to make Bandar Tasik Puteri lively, attractive i thought as one of the oldest developer you already know how to convince Telekom...this show that you only want to sell houses.
