At this point of time, we can promise you that the BTP Interchange will be completed mid-2016.

Infrastructure works are constantly being upgraded. The main roads are being repaved, and landscaping are being improved part by part. We have also gotten in 3 petrol station operators in our effort to improve the amenities for the township. Petronas is ready and due to be opened soon. There will be another two petrol station along the main Jalan Tasik Puteri.

We won't be able to promise our residents when the shopping mall will be in. We are speaking to a few interested parties and will make an announcement once things are firmed up. We apologize if there were any empty-promises made to you on the completion of the mall prior.

The Resident Club House at Block 2 (near your house) will be delivered by end 2015.

LATAR interchange to BTP is already confirm and already start land clearing. I already do site visit last week during Garden Heights Phase 5 launching event. Expected completed in mid 2016. My personal view, this township have a huge potential in this coming years. This township also located in radius less than 30 km from KL/PJ/Shah Alam and we still can afford to buy spacious double storey. If price not your consent, you may buy at others area that located within 15/20 km from KL/PJ/Shah Alam. As part of Rancangan Tempatan MPS 2020, this township will become Urban  Regional Centre for the North Klang Valley. The good township also must have excellent road connectivity and currently this township and other parts of Rawang lack of this facilities.  Even BTP will have direct interchange by mid 2016, that not good enough for become establish township. Few road will be connected to this township from different direction as stated in Rancangan Tempatan MPS 2020. Once this road connectivity completed by 2020, you may be regret why you not buy at Bandar Tasik Puteri. You also can come to BTP thru Rawang Selatan exit without entering to LATAR highway. The new interchange and exit currently under construction by TPPT Sdn Bhd. That exit will benefit GAMUDA Land property, Kundang Jaya, Kuang, Bandar Country Homes and BTP as well. This interchange will be completed next year (2015).

My advice, grab 1 unit or more before the price increase high. Phase 5 Garden Heights launch min RM 521k. It increase around RM100k for my phase 3 Garden Heights.

Hi Low YAt Group, do you have any info on when Jalan Batu Arang will be upgraded?

my concern for BTP is there enough amenities like hyper market, school, commercial lots, street mall...it's kinda quiet and run down in BTP at the moment, perhaps there are more developments in near future, perhaps big player like Tesco are coming into it, banks and F&B outlets.

your meaning is that the developer claimed to build this and that during your purchase but in the end never delivered it?
this developer has no experience right in building township??

i wonder majority of residents there are bumi or foreigners like workers?

That was happen to me la... already lodged the defect report ---> no action ---> did lots of follow up ---> still no action ---> keep on waiting ---> don't want 'gaduh-gaduh' ---> cannot wait anymore because need to move in ---> did repaired by myself ---> warranty period end ---> not a happy ending story...

Hi - wut2du, We do not think that you should generalize your comment and assumed that everything is status quo, the management has taken a serious view of all comments, past and present and certainly by having a forum is one way of listening to our buyers' needs, grievances and suggestions. BTP has undergone a rapid transformation as witnessed from the upgrading and improvement of infrastructural services, landscaping and general services. More are being planned in the future to cater for the expanding population.

We will address some of the other issues as we move along to answer some of the other grievances and will provide a better understanding/explanation/solution of the problems encountered. As we have said before we want to fulfill our obligation as a dedicated developer.

How did LYG repair the defects i.e. low water pressure and water seepage?

R u still facing low water pressure issue? Or u install additional pump then ok?

Hi veron4best, we have already replied on this matter. For your information, the land acquisition is undertaken by the Malaysian Highway Authority (LLM) under the National Land Code. The concessionaire (turnkey contractor) has assured us this matter will be resolved soon based on their past experience in dealing with such matter.

Saya ada beberapa soalan penting berikut yg perlu dijawab dengan jujur oleh pihak LYG.

1.kenapa jalan yg terletak di kawasan Green Valley Park terlalu terabai seperti tidak diselenggara dengan baik oleh pihak LYG.Lubang banyak.Pintu gerbang Green Valley Park pun tidak kelihatan kerana terlindung dengan pokok lanskap yg tidak dijaga dengan baik.

2.Jalan di Green Valley Park amat mengelirukan bagi mereka yg pertama kali datang kerana jalan yg sepatutnya 4 lorong 2 hala menjadi 2 lorong 2 hala perkara ini boleh menyebabkan kemalangan dan merbahaya.Berapa puluh tahun lagikah LYG nak upgrade jalan tu yang terbiar sejak 10 tahun lalu.

3.Lampu jalan ada yg tidak menyala pada waktu malam.sekali lagi membahayakan pengguna. 

4.Bila webmaster LYG nak update pembinaan exit btp yg dah sebulan tertangguh ni.

5.Kenapa pihak LYG seperti hanya mencantikkan jalan,lanskap kawasan sekitar garden height sahaja dan bukan di Green Valley Park?

6.Kenapa tiada dewan komuniti untuk penduduk disediakan di BTP?

Hi PTP, we have already written to Telekom some time ago, but according to them, they are still studying the financial feasibility, due to their bad experience in Bukit Beruntung, hence they must be convinced first before they embark on the UNIFI service due to the high capital outlay. We are still trying to convince them on the need for Unifi at BTP.
