Referring to quoted above, I would like to seek for opinion from all the related parties involved in such delays of booking refund by LYG in order for me to try to seek consultation from legal firm to find another way to retrieve the fund asap if its possible, to have joint proceeding.

FYI, one of my relatives encountered the same issue and up to date it has been more than a month since the cancellation being made.

As a reputable developer, I believe that your good company has a SOP in facilitating such matter. Should there be involvement of unforeseen situation, on behalf of related parties on this case would appreciate your kind assistance to provide a transparent solution/ mitigation to resolve the above mentioned issue.

Hi ludistyle, normally refund would take about a month or so as various confirmation and preparation for approvals have to be obtained first. Do please contact our sales administration dept, Ms Chin and she should be able to assist you or anybody on similar cases. We regret if the period of refund exceeds the period mentioned.

Hi khairul, we earlier mentioned to everyone that garbage collection will be on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at about 12.00noon. The garbage truck will be on their rounds on the days stated. With the amount of garbage that you have posted I do not think they could have missed your house, unless it is on a Saturday or Sunday. Maybe all residents/buyers would want to change the days, let us have the majority decision (except sundays).

After heard so many negative comments, i think i will cancel the booking for Acacia Park Phase 2.

I think LYG and latar have settle with KLK first... KLK has a big piece of land south to latar and BTP, I am afraid they want more than money coz they were left out in the interchange deal...

Yes i know its on monday wednesday and friday. I put the garbage on saturday, today is wednesday right? Or the lorry driver doesnt realize today is wednesday. Sumore it was not a construction garbage maaaa. We do not talk about sunday or saturday cause its pass already. We talk about monday n wednesday, until late afternoon my garbage is still there. Nonsense lahh like this.

So maybe KLK intentionally don't want BTP to be successful, want their BSC to develop instead. This is so lame tactic.

Hi khairul, we apologize the garbage truck miss collection yesterday (Wednesday), however they went for the collection today (Thursday). I believe all the garbage have been collected today.

Hi Billy, LYG started this forum as we want to be transparent and to provide an avenue for all buyers/investors to air their views. In fact not many developers do that and subject themselves to all kinds of criticism, whether positive or negative. We believe by providing this forum we can gather all the feed backs received and improve the township better. We want to make BTP a healthy, safe and environmentally friendly township, where all residents are proud to go home to.

Acacia Phase 1 owners, anyone got the stamped agreements or contacted the lawyer recently?

Hi All Residents/Buyers, we were informed today that the PETRONAS service station will finally open for business on the 6th February 2015. This is the first service station at BTP, however there are 2 more that are being planned in the near future, which we were told it is Caltex and Shell. Happy Motoring.

Bravo to LYG for such a spontaneous respond!!! Hopefully, Mr. Khairul's problem is solved.
