Based on this

http://www.protonpreve.com/safety.php

The diagram also did not clearly stated that airbag comes from pillar or seat back.

There's one label on the left/right side of the seat that's written SRS. That's the seat airbag.

Hi all,

I did my 1k service using full synthetic oil last Saturday. The FC now is 9.5, higher than 9.2 before service. Is this normal?

hey guys, i wanna ask, how much bottle of ATF Dexron II needed to flush and replace power steering reservoir? icon_question.gif

the technician at SC i go quote RM130 for power steering fluid, shocking.gif
while on the other hand i saw in Prevoc fb ATF SP-III is RM30 per bottle.

I'm new with this. ATF Dexron II (recommended by the manual) and ATF SP-III, which are better and cheaper?
and how much bottles needed to flush and replace power steering fluid?

guys, my rear deck (speaker board area) there got tak tak tak tek tek tek sound when going uneven road. thus, i did soundproof there but still cant solve, wasted my few hundred bucks. i suspect root cause is the seat belt metal ball bearing sound, anyone here experiencing this or have any solution? if that is the problem, i guess all preve will have this issue?

I used Shell Helix Ultra as recommended by SC.

I got better FC now after using Caltex RON97. This morning it was 6.6 l/100km from Puchong to Kajang.

Hi, just got my Fire Red Preve yesterday evening after more than a month waiting for it. So far enjoying the ride, acceleration is great.

Just want to ask one thing about the braking, there's a continuous gluk gluk sound coming in only when I'm braking and the steering shakes a little bit. Is it normal for the car as I am just coming to 100KM with it and will it be gone as I rake in the kilometers?

Glad if anybody can enlighten me smile.gif

normal because the disc rotor is imba. try to claim from SC stating your issue. most of us here have claim rotors to solve the issue and approved.

i think i know what the problem.. should be the rear seat didnt lock properly.. fold your rear seat down and close it (with power) to make sure the lock fit nicely.. to make sure it proper locked, the button to release the seat is very hard to press down..

hey bro, the past mine one was due to the seat lock pin that was not tighten properly after i fold it, since it was just a week time brand new toy that time so i just placed very very gentle force during unfolding the seat. Try push a bit force on your seat and make sure it locked probably again. Hope this gonna help yours problem solved... not worry my experience told me it not going to hurt your baby, good luck cool2.gif

haha.. i asked my SA show me how to fold the seat during collection of car. after that i go home try myself and unfold back.. didnt know i didnt lock it properly.. until go 1000km service and query the technician.. they helped me check, then teach me how to unfold the seat properly.

method: when unfold the seat, just use power hentam back the seat kuat kuat. but make sure your safety belt is holding by your own first.. prevent sudden force, then safety belt locking..
