Don't know whether it's normal to others though I have encountered this several times before. You can literally feel something that is moving in the seat when your back is leaning on the seat, and when you rub your back on the seat there will be this "ngek ngek" or "erk erk" sound that you call it. First complaint and the guys at the service centre managed to get rid of this sound by adjusting something, but the sound came back the next day. After 2nd complaint they changed the seat to a brand new one. However, after about 2-3 months with the new seat, it is back to square one. The sound came back again, though it is not as serious as the "defective" older seat. The feeling of something moving in the seat is not as annoying, and the "ngek ngek" sound is not as loud. Still the sound is there.

I have come to accept the low quality of the fabric seat in this Preve Turbo, other than the loud engine/CVT sound during accceleration.

It's the air bag in your seat.

Side airbags are inside the front driver and passenger seats.

Not necessary true. My wife's car seats are very good with no such issues as reported...it is infact very comfortable way way much better than my brother MyVi

All side airbags deploy from the seats wan, it's the same with all cars with side airbags. 

Try using some IPA on the plastics. If that doesn't work, plastic trim polish like the Meguiar's Ultimate Black Plastic Restorer may help.

This is possible too. But it normally come out during acceleration or pass along uneven road => when car have a little bit of vibrate.

I try to press the dashboard, seem like come from area around meter.

Had that once - its due to the aircond vent above the push start button...
Change it and until today its good.

now for the 5k service, should i stick to syn 800? or any other better option i should choose? thanks

5000 intervals are optional

for syn 800, it need to be changed after 5000 KM.

My SC says syn 800 service every 5k KM
and for my preve, 5k KM the car performance already low, engine choking up, and can observe the oil very thick and dirty.

anyway, save money or save the engine, its your call.

and peoples also recommend stick to D if you waiting for short time such as at traffic light, as frequent change from N or P to D wear out the gear box.

Don't be silly. Fuel consumption is not just based on RPM but also on load. When gear engaged, there's additional load to engine which the injectors have to fuel more to the engine. Otherwise the engine would have just stalled.

Same theory, if load is 0 at 2000 RPM (example), it uses no fuel. This situation is when we are coasting.

I thought my mind was playing tricks on me when I compared Shell & Petronas petrol. Petronas petrol gave about 10% more mileage than Shell.

With your comparison, maybe there is some truth in what I saw before.

Actually fuel consumption will be higher at D. Clutch wear rate also higher with excessive D mode use.
