You can change the seat under warranty. I did mine for less than two weeks after the SC ordered the parts, installation only took 2 hours.

I think if you go to COSE or the one at glenmarie maybe they can change them right away

my car start to have klik klick sound on dashboard just few days come from showroom.

But i installed reverse camera, not sure this could be the cause...

Experienced before, until I discovered that I started the engine in the 'wrong' way (as found in the manual). I used these steps instead, and no more problems in starting the car.

1. Insert key fob.
2. Press Start button once (now in AC mode).
3. Press Start button another time (now in On mode).
<Now you can hear the valves opening and fuel being pumped, wait until finish>
4. Press and hold brake peddle.
5. Press Start button again.

I thought the keyless start is a good thing but now, I am getting confused after reading and watching some youtube videos on starting Preve. Now prefer the normal key.

In my test drive, the sales staff showed me how to start, insert the "thing", press on the brake pedal, press the start button. That is.

On stopping, press on the brake pedal, and press the start/stop button.

This is not the right way?

Assuming you have changed the bulb at Proton service centre, once you have changed the bulb for the first time, that bulb is covered for 6 months or 1 year, forgotten the period. You may check the receipt or invoice. Say you have changed the bulb and in the next 4 or 5 months the bulb is fused, you can get it replaced FOC at the Proton service centre.

Dear allsifu, wta. just got my preve 3 days a go, but im curious the emblem is 'cfe'. suppose the emblem should be 'TURBO' rite? is there something wrong?. i buy the 2014 model. need advise on thismatter. tq

Too bad all authorized SCs. Just call in Jln Pahang Proton Edar SC, they say can come check 1st, but can't guarantee can finish the job by next week since Raya Holiday is near. I don't mind since Im not using that car for long distance also.

But from my colleague experience, Jln Pahang SC doing a good job. front brake disc replacement only take half day.

So those "TURBO" is they put themselves 1 lah..... Lolz...

Hi, my preve experience 2 known issue.

1. Helicopter brake sound, does it safe? could I continuous drive on highway until 1k service? While book appointment, need to let them know first?
For this issue, I know could let SC to check or replace disc brake.
2. Third brake light vibrate sound, it's quite significant while the road is not smooth.
For this issue, I know is one of the known issue of Preve, but didn't found any solution? Any one got idea? SC could solve it?

By the way, just sharing my owning experience of Preve Manual EXEC for past 1 week.

Manual Transmission
The manual transmission is quite class, I like the feel while switching gear. But the only downside is 1st gear acceleration seem quite slow maybe due to the heavy body. The engine roaring sound is there, but quite acceptable for me.
Suspension
It's consider a hard type suspension, similliar to Civic type but not altis/camry those soft type. So depends on your preference, for me I'm quite enjoy driving Preve, from 100KM/H you can notice a little wind sound and tire sound, while 110KM/H, the engine still maintains in 2.5k RPM so the roaring sound is not there. Got to highlight for the handling, 110KM/H is really stable in Preve.

Erm... act I'm not driving my preve daily so will update more again especially for Manual transmission.
