I have downloaded and installed B002 firmware and there is 3 mode, 4G preferred, 3G preferred and 2G preferred. There is 3G available.

Thank you. Strange user shah6630 said : "but on network mode theres only 2g only no more 3g only" ??
Anyway I think I had a bad download. The download took nearly 4 hours lastnite and was probably bad. It fail to install and I only see continous Huawei splashscreen logo ( did a manual update and switch off phone restart too) . Tested on 2 other ext SDcards - similar scenario too
The zip file however extracted well - no issues
Will download again

You can use 7-zip and its Test file feature to see if there are errors as a first step.

You are talking about B002 or B007 (R002) version.

Update: I checked the documentation for the German B102.

It is ALSO an R002 release, but the next 4 digits probably refer to region, since the European ones are R00xC100 while the Asian ones are R00xC3xx

I had previously unsuccessfully installed CWM recovery. AND I believe my stock recovery files are now changed as I am unable to flash any of the firmwares. The phone just boot into hw splash logo. Switching off n restart I can restart phone. Can some of you used flashify to backup stock recovery n email to me the file. I forgot to backup before flashing the cwm. You can find this file in android/data/ com.goober.flashify/files/flashify backup/recovery
Many thanks to such help

HI Beny 888 and other
you can extract the recovery.img from an update.app with the "Huawei update extractor" search on google.
ive the same issue i extract the recovery from the B007 and flash with fastboot (flashify dont work) and all its done
the fastboot command is: fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

the link to the official xda thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2433454

you can also extract .IMG than you want , modify it with android image kitchen
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2073775
,flash .img with fastboot look for command or a fastboot/adb gui to google or repack the entire firmware with huaweii update extractor for a full flash

i tried to modify boot.img but it seems the .header of certains files is separate and i cant extract those files so cant modify kernel for gpu oc or add frequencies or gouv if somebody have an idea
