QUOTE(bvannier @ Sep 23 2014, 05:25 PM) Dear Sir, I extract the original recovery image from B102 with HuaweiUpdateExtractor but after Fastboot ???? First will try to Flash with Flashify then I will see... The old man is lost because if Flashify can't do the work... Never ever use fastboot! If somebody could clarify for a newbee Kindly yours from an old man This file will allow you to flash via fastboot . . . 1 - Extract the contents of the file ' AndroidSDKSlim.zip ' on your desktop. You should have a folder named ' android-sdk-windows ' where there is another folder: 'platform-tools.'
2 - n this folder, move the .img files you downloaded
3 - Connect your phone to your comp in fastboot mode
4 - In platform-tools folder 'with your mouse, do' right click 'while holding down the 'Shift ' button, then select ' Open a command window here . '
5 - In this window, type the following code to verify that your device is recognized. " fastboot devices " If it's recognized meaning you got the drivers all installed , you will get something like this
6 - Then type the following command to install recovery
" Fastboot flash recovery (your file name).img "
I havent tested the file personally but used it once on my laptop to flash unlock HTC bootloader as I've been using my fastboot folder in my PC to flash phones via fastboot since DELL Streak 5 , flashing Sony , HTC , Nexus so by right , fastboot files are universal .

bvannier : further to noobi3 posts above : here are pics to show Fastboot mode ( vol up + power button)
Flashing in PC using fastboot
Recovery mode ( vol down + power button)
If you had problems booting using those buttons use the app QUICKBOOT ( need root) and choose bootloader for fastboot mode and Recovery for recovery mode And please don't say you are old !! I am old too, touching 60 years soon !

I would also like to thank all international participants in this discussion. We have participants from Singapore, France, UAE and I believe other Middle Eastern and European locations. The Americans tend to stick to XDA and their own home forums due to carrier lock in. This post has been edited by joytest: Sep 23 2014, 11:33 PM

QUOTE(hazeri80 @ Sep 24 2014, 09:23 AM) AFter downloading the file, what should i do next? Tq Extract the file and you will see dload folder Copy the whole folder over to EXTERNAL SDCARD . Restart phone OR go to settings/update/system updates/local update You must rename dload folder or delete it after you had taken it out to avoid another process of reinstalling. You will be prompted to remove et sdcard during installation - read page 1, post #4 for more details This post has been edited by benny888: Sep 24 2014, 09:30 AM
