Just check my S&P signing date is April 2012, But stamping date is 10-Jul2012. Anyone have same issue like me??

Mine block B the samping date even later, Aug I think. It is basically a 4 years project. 3.5 years in SnP and 0.5 year deliberate delay in SnP date. Can forget about LD lar, doubt think they cannot finish it in ~15 months.

I was consult my lawyer regarding LAD is base on agreement date or signing date. If after signing and stamping within 1 week then ok lah... If Late around 2 to 3 month only stamping our LAD can count from signing date.

FYI, LAD can be track back to the booking date, i know one of these case encounter from my developer friend.

true. but the booking fee must pay to developer.
Not paying to their lawyer as stakeholder sum. some developers received deposits on booking without APDL, the booking fees goes to the lawyer

I actually think this project will not have LAD on the property but common facilities maybe since all 4 blocks are already up till top floor & there's still a good 6-7 months to go before expiry.

Foresta will face stiff competition for buyers as well as quality tenants from ws2 n ws3. The asking rental in ws2 r depressed now.
