Looks like manyak buyers still in the dream the 21 acres park is under private area for foresta resi forever. They very no idea how much it will cost to maintain it. N if belong to developer sure long gone later for New development...

Once all 4 phases completed, the forest park will handover to MPPJ which will maintain as public park...if it can be half as good as DPC park...no problem as value of foresta will be enhance tooFrom far very look macam Venice hills. I was called L & G yesterday to question them above wider the acess road details, they simple answer will done before VP, But I question again still have 6 month enough time to do?? She said let her Check with the engineer and call me back.
In the conversation, I feel the staff of L&G not really Pro, when the company management quality not Pro, How they will deliver quality products to consumers?? |
