Agree! Widen the road is most important for Foresta owners, it will be effect the value of foresta. I don't think developer will done the road widen before VP.

Dont forget the main shareholder of L&G is Mayland who is famous of ignoring local council conditions for VP. Read their Regalia project. Buyers really have to group up and force pressure onto mppj and call in media to highlight the their inaction. Your properties value are at stake.

first thing is to find out the DO approval does in come wt the 4 lanes expansion and upgrading compliance?
if yes than it will be much easier to implement

dun forget the access road to damansara perdana also
both sides are on public roads and under mbpj, no one can actually stop people from passing through just like Ara damansara and Tropicana access road last time

But from the way the hoarding looks, more like MK there that lock it, but as i say local council should have no reason to block it unless is federal land

Hi.

Some picture from outside... seems like all windows are installed now and started to paint the wall now, both white and dark colour now instead of just white... hope some one can share some interior picture.. like corridor, lift lobby, facilities floor etc..

Submitted the Syabas form to L&G office. ask them when can ready? They say eatimated Dec this year. Ask about the progress, they say now 55% done... To complete the remaining 45% in less than 6 months? Finger crossed.. and hope it doesn't affect the quality of the finishing as well..

I went to L&G office to submit the Syabas form as well.

What surprises me is the building 8trium developed by L&G.

I simply can't link this building with the word "premium" because everything looks basic, normal to me.

The tiles outside L&G office has got this disturbing sound when you step on it. It gives me the feeling that the tiles going to pop anytime.

The building entrance is occupied by Court Mammoth and building reception counter is so small and cheap. Therefore there is no grand entrance statement at all.

The lift lobby looks is also very basic without any decoration and the lift is not properly lighted and it is very dim.

The car park build quality is definitely not tier-1 with lots of visible defects.

I can't find the auto-pay machine as there is no proper sign to lead me there.

Before you exit the building, if you forget to pay the car park ticket. You need to turn left into basement and pay your ticket. Although there is a full circulation round the building, the design gives me the impression that I have come to a dead end and needs to drive into the basement car park.

With the above, I definitely hope for the better in damansara foresta because I can't accept what i have seen in 8trium.
