How do you get such information? I went to ehome.kpkt.gov.my but was unable to find such information. I'm trying to look for another project that I invested in.

cannot be full glass right?
*
problem with full glass is that then the building would also need the window cleaning crane.

What exactly are the promises of the developer?
*
The 'artist impression' is one. Regardless what fine print you put there, the expectation is that it should look 95% like the 'artist impression'.

Just nice -  not too far & not too close. BSD is right in the middle of 2 stations.
*
The SSP Line starts just after the KTM Sg Buloh Station, crosses over to the
south of Jalan Kuala Selangor towards Damansara Damai where Station
S01 is proposed. The line continues along Jalan Kuala Selangor, passing by
Prima Damansara and Bandar Sri Damansara to the proposed Station S02
near Wisma ING and 8trium. The line runs crosses to the north of Jalan Kuala Selangor after Damansara
Avenue to proposed Station 03 near the PJU 9 Sri Damansara

*
Mine block B the samping date even later, Aug I think. It is basically a 4 years project. 3.5 years in SnP and 0.5 year deliberate delay in SnP date. Can forget about LD lar, doubt think they cannot finish it in ~15 months.

There are already a few examples but not worth to mention to attract 'open fire'.
Just that vp without facilities i think its fine, as long as an owner is having a proper shelter to move in.
*
what talking you? did I buy just a proper shelter to move in or I bought a condo with full facilities etc?

Hope the developer can spend more time on paying attetion into details, touch up on defects, and get ready with the common area/ amenities/ car parks. They have time to do that while waiting for Authority's green lights.

As mentioned earlier, it is depends whether the developer willing to pay LAD.
*
I don't understand why you keep saying as though it's a choice by the developer (paying LAD) or you just mean if the developer wants to make it easy or difficult?

Transacted price at RM712, RM494/sqft

But the house number is 3A, the original owner could have bought it at a discounted price.

And Block B was the second block launched, right? Early bird discount compared to subsequent block, say block C and D.
*
I'm also a block B purchaser. I think that unit purchase price ~700K net or slightly less. Not bad at all, auction still can make money but of course after minus all those legal fees, bank interest, opportunity cost etc different story lar.
